  1. Hi @Dan Munns, I thought it may have been "Outcome" but I just wanted to check first as the Wiki hadn't provided any info :'( Thank you, Samuel
  2. Hello, I must be going crazy - in the Variable Picker against a branch out of the Decision Node from a Human Task, what Variable am I to use to pick up the list of items checked in the Checklist? I have a parellel process that will eventually create new tickets depending on what has been ticked in the Human Task Checklist. Thanks, Samuel
  3. Thanks @TrevorKillick for your assistance Samuel
  4. Hi @TrevorKillick, I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet but is it at all possible to combine multiple modifiers? Such as: {{.H_description|empty|wiki}} ALSO the Modifiers section on the Wiki contains some Typos I think. For the empty, html and wiki ones there are 3 right curly braces instead of 2. Thanks, Samuel
  5. Hi @TrevorKillick, That's perfect - I think I missed that, but thank you for pointing it out to me. I will be giving this a go Thanks, Samuel
  6. Looking forward to finding out more! Re. @dwalby's post, having a bit of text such as "Hello [Name]" seems to be a nice touch that would make users feel more welcome when they access the Portal... and the fact you mentioned that this is one of the many new features truly makes the "not knowing" about the others all the more thrilling. I will be keeping a closer eye on the forums for any updates . Many Thanks, Samuel
  7. Hi @James Ainsworth, I believe this is server build 2877: I think the issue still persists and here is no mention of the email formatting being improved. Can you confirm? Thanks, Samuel
  8. Hi @Victor This is a great idea, something to look forward to. Are you able to share any more more details on how this works at this moment in time? Thanks, Samuel
  9. Hello, The Primary Asset idea might actually be very useful if it allows us to do certain things via the BPM or against a ticket against the asset (such as updating the records etc.) Maybe there could potentially a feature we there could be "Linked Assets" against the Primary Asset? (We havent got configuration manager installed so not actually sure if this is possible already). This would be great for reporting too. +1 from me Thanks, Samuel
  10. Hi @James Ainsworth, That makes perfect sense - I didnt even think about that - silly me. Thanks for adding me to the list. Samuel
  11. Hi @trevorharris, This is fantastic many thanks for putting this forward as a future change. I will keep an eye out for any progress Many thanks for this, Samuel
  12. Hi @trevorharris, Thanks for getting back in touch. I wondered if it was possible for the system to remember what view mode was last used against a Document and use that the next time it's opened. Though I think we'll still be happy with setting a default view, as a lot of people prefer it to be in a wide view. Many thanks, Samuel
  13. Hello, Some documents are created in Hornbill with Toggle View turned on in mind, so it can be a bit of pain to have to keep turning it on when we view these documents. Can we have a setting to force this on for those documents that were created using it? Thanks, Samuel
  14. Please add me as an interested connection, and my colleague @gingib as well
  15. Hello, Can we have the ability to do bulk actions against Documentations? I have uploaded quite a few Documentations and now I need to put them into a library and am having to do this one-by-one.... Going into them, making it "Active", putting it into a Library (or two) and choosing multiple users to share with. Have the ability to bulk action on them would speed this up freeing up my time to do other things. Thanks, Samuel
  16. Hello, @Steven Boardman - could you add me as an interested party to both of these points above (if there is an item for each of them) - the Asset Picker - which will prove useful and PCF Add Connection / Add Multiple Customers. Regarding what @DeadMeatGF has mentioned... A scenario in my case would be to allow users to select their colleagues either as Customers or Connections and would therefore allow them to view and update the ticket. This is particularly useful when... 1. An issue is affecting certain users so one person raises a request and name all the other people affected 2. Multiple users are an interested party in any Service Requests, might not necessarily be a whole team 3. When someone is logging a ticket on behalf of someone else 4. We can trigger in the BPM that if there is a connection type of "on behalf" is used, and it is only one person with that type, then automatically change the customer to that person. (I have a feeling i may be an interested party already for a change related to adding connections via the PCF) Just wanted to add my reasonings for having these features Thanks, Samuel
  17. Thanks @James Ainsworth, I will keep an eye out for that build. Cheers, Samuel
  18. Off-topic... sorry... @James Ainsworth - From your screenshot - is that a new Hornbill theme? or are you simply using different browser? Whatever it is looks good on the eyes... On-topic-ish The document plugin has been really good so far, however when searching it only seems to work if I search the document name by including the first word in the title. Is there any plans for fuzzy matching or wildcard searches? (I may have missed the ability to do wildcard searches in here)
  19. Hi, Another thing that would be useful - using my real example above, it would be great to auto-link a document to the tickets raised from these emails as well, due to how specific they are, the procedures will always be the same. Thanks, Samuel
  20. Hello, Some Business Processes in Hornbill sends an email to relevant teams, containing the details of a ticket, such as the description. A lot of tickets has Wiki-Markup in the description in order to make it readable to the user via the Service Manager. Using the Custom Fields is out of the question in some cases due to how much data is required against a ticket, which exceeds the amount of Custom Fields that are available. In the following example, the answers to some of the questions from a New Starter Request will appear in the description of the request, where each part is highlighted bold in Wiki-Markup followed by the answer provided from the forms. An email is then sent to the Business should the New Starter requires acess to an Application that we do not manage. The problem is that the description includes the Wiki Markup codes. This is what the email looks like once it's sent. As you can see, some of the text in the body should be BOLD, as shown in the actual ticket. Is it possible prior to the BPM sending an email, to automatically convert any Wiki Markup into actual formatting? Thanks, Samuel
  21. +1 This happens to me mainly when I have about 10 nodes or more on the same screen, the performance of the stage is decreased and causes the issue you mentioned... but there have been a couple of times i've seen this happen with only a few nodes on the screen. I'm used to this issue though it can get a bit annoying, I mainly whisper any NSFW comments, however I might pick up my mouse and "accidentally" drop it from a few centimeters high lol. It may be dependent on how many nodes there are in the entire Business Process / Progressive Capture and how complex they are, as well as your system / browser performance. Can someone from Hornbill confirm what may be causing the performance drops? Thanks, Samuel
  22. Hi @Steven Boardman, Thank you for the update As with any new major feature, spending more time on it is better than rushing a release so we are very much looking forward to it when it is. Many thanks - have a good day, Samuel
