    Thats a great idea +1
  2. Just wanted to add that for some services, we have forms for different things. If the Service is not affected, but we need to relay information related to a particular form, it would make sense to be able to do this outside of the Progressive Capture setup in the Admin Tool. Also - if the Notice is empty or not in use, then completely skip showing this form.
  3. Hello, I would like to request a feature for a node that we can use to display notices / information from within the Progressive Capture which would be managed by those who deal with the Service. The set up should be very similar to the way we set up the Bulletins - against a service, and as a node in the Progressive Capture node we will define which Service and Notice / Information we should pull from. This means that a single notice can be updated in the Services area at any time, and the results will show against any progressive capture. The "Notice" node in the Progressive Capture will look for any Notices that matches the Notice Code. (sorry my terminology isn't great here0 I mocked up some images to show this, which might explain better 1. Setting up some Notices against a Service 2. Setting up the Notice Node in the Progressive Capture form, to use the Notice code Notices_1 3. Notice displayed in the Progressive Capture for customers Obviously my mockups are not great, and if implemented in Hornbill will look better, but I would expect to be able to embed pictures and format the Notice. Just a thought. Thanks, Samuel Wood
  4. I think it's looking at the display value rather than the value value (but i could be wrong) Try this... Keep the set up you have above and add in a new OR condition to the custom Expression: Using the same field above | CONTAINS | Static Value | Fall Back See if that helps? Samuel
  5. Hello, We woulld find it useful to have a Poll on the Workspaces (rather than using the ask question functionality, which we will still use). Having a poll will allow users to make comments against the post whilst being able to vote in the Poll. We could have various options available when making the Poll, similar to what's available in the forums. Can I request this a new feature? Thanks, Samuel
  6. Hi @Daniel Dekel, The only thing I did when designing the form was to create a new field - but i've not use the Validate input with Regex area, I'm not good with Regex I think the field I created was titled "Support Website" or something like that, and on a couple of them I tried to use the [[ ]] Wiki Markup to convert this into a URL but not sure if it worked or not. Thanks, Samuel
  7. Hi @Martyn Houghton, I had already queried this before and I have no idea where I got my response from. This is currently possible to do: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/LDAP_User_Import Do a search for "ImageLink" and the details are there. You will need to upgrade your LDAP_Import tool and Conf files if you havent done so for a while. The URI we use is "thumbnailPhoto" which also has to be defined under LDAPAttributes. The example provided on the Github link below is basically what we use Github Link: https://github.com/hornbill/goLDAPUserImport Hope that helps, Samuel
  8. Hi, Update 2 I couldn't connect to Hornbill after turning off the proxy settings in IE11. So I turned them back on and started logging again from Organisations. I still received the same errors in the Console Log, and no Proxy Errors in the Network Log - still cannot view / update the Organisation details. Thanks, Samuel
  9. Hi, Update I thought I'd start fresh in F12 so I went to the Organisations View then cleared the console log and stopped the Network Log. I started the logging in F12, then clicked into one of the Organisations. The two errors in the Console Log appeared are the same as above. However I now have the proxy errors in the Network Log, which I didnt have before. I will test by disabling the Proxy settings in IE and will report back Thanks, Samuel
  10. Hi @Daniel Dekel, I have just done this test again and I now do not have any Proxy errors or any other errors when using the Network Tab to browse the Organization Details. However I still cannot view or edit the Organization Details. With regards to the two errors in the Console Log, here is what they are undefined XML5618: Illegal name character. Line: 1, Column 607 Clicking on XML5618 takes me here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/query/dev12.query?appId=Dev12IDEF1&l=EN-GB&k=k(VS.WebClient.Help.XML5618 I cannot find any way of going to the code that these errors relate to. Thanks, Samuel
  11. Hi @Daniel Dekel, Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I am currently on Windows 10 - 64 bit, as is the rest of my department. Many thanks, Samuel
  12. Hi Daniel, I have just confirmed with my department that this is only affecting the users of Internet Explorer 11 which I am on. THose who have Google Chrome, it works fine. We are not allowed to have Google Chrome, but some users require it for specific applications, and these users uses Hornbill on it. I am one of those that isn't allowed to have Google Chrome as is most of my department. Is Hornbill going down the route of not being supported IE11? If so is there a roadmap of when such a time will come? Thanks, Samuel
  13. Hello, When we set up a request to go on-hold (Sub Status) if a customer replies to it, the request re-opens automatically and a basic email notification is sent to the analyst stating that the request has been updated by the customer. This is great, however we would like to be able to manually set a reminder at the point of putting a ticket on-hold. Somewhere under here: There should be a slider button which if "On" will bring up an area where you can either 1. Define a template / snippet to use or 2. Manually write the contents of the email The email address field should allow us to populate with one or more users. This is great for those urgent reminders of things that need to be done as soon as a ticket comes off hold. thanks, Samuel
  14. Hi @Martyn Houghton, This is exactly what we had - without the Customer Manager App. (except for those extra bits at the top such as the timeline) @Daniel Dekel This is affecting all the organisations, not just the ones I amended. Thanks, Samuel
  15. @Martyn Houghton Thanks for responding, however this is not what I am looking for. I am looking to view or edit the Organisation Details against an Organisation set up on the front end. As @Daniel Dekel has said, it's related to the Organisation Details View. I made changes to some Organisations a few weeks ago before my holiday, and now I cannot do it for any of them. I am a Super User so nothing has changed in regards to my job roles. The details region is definitely missing as I have no way of editting these Organisations now. Samuel
  16. Hello, I am not sure if it's just me, but I swear there were more details available against an Organisation set up in the "Customers -> Organisations -> #Organisation Name#" area in the Service Manager. This is what I see now: But I swear there used to be a details tab at the top... to show or be able to edit additional information such as what you see in the Organisation List View: Am I going crazy? Where can I view or edit the details you can see on the second screenshot? Thanks, Samuel
  17. Hello, This is a small thing - but would potentially help. I hovered over a linked request to discovered that this ticket is on-hold, but it doesn't show the date it's on-hold until. I was wondering if this can be shown on the popup that shows basic details of a request? Thanks, Samuel
  18. Hi @DeadMeatGF and @James Ainsworth, Many thanks, I did let the Integrations Officer know yesterday and he was impressed by how much can be done via the Webhooks. Many thanks for your help and assistance! Thanks, Samuel
  19. +1 to the post as well as @DeadMeatGF's solution
  20. Hello, A colleague from our Integration Team has a query: Please advise, Samuel
