  1. Well for instance we would need information for the following fields (some fields are already a part of Hornbill): - Description - Manufacturer - Type (On-premise Server, Cloud Server, Switch, Router etc. - These would be Asset Types under the Server Class) - Serial Number - Asset Tag - Physical Location - Room - Rack / Cage number - Host Name (wdc-tsmon01) - Private IP Address - Public IP Address - Public URL (If any) - Proxy Server - Server Type (in-house, cloud) - Monitored? (Yes, No) - Monitoring Software - Company / Owner - Contact Information - Operating System - Server Environment (Live, Test, Development, Production etc) There are possibly more that can be added though... The reason why I mentioned it really is so that we can drill down into different server types, under the "Server" class to keep everything more contained. But as I say I am probably going overkill with this idea, especially if these can possibly fit under the "Computer" class anyway, maybe have a new region in the Computer Class Asset Details, with a title appropriate for Server related information only which we can hide for the other Asset Types. Thanks, Samuel
  2. Is there any potential for "Server" to be an individual class as well? We currently use them against the Computer class, but they can be much more than that? Maybe i'm just overthinking things...
  3. @Lyonel, yes PUBG allow you to play with your friends. They also recently introduced an in-game friend system to also complement the Steam friend list. To further add to what @DeadMeatGF has said, you can also play these modes in fixed First Person as well as Third Person (where you can switch between First Person and Third Person at will). Bluehole are also releasing two new maps for PUBG this year, a smaller 4km x 4km tropical? map so 100 players can battle it out fast-paced, and another 8km x 8km map to go alongside the two current ones. They have also recently introduced in-game events, and the last one that ran was to allow 8 players to team up and fight other teams of 8. It was fun and challenging at the same time! These events are limited but should start coming often.
  4. This isn't currently possible... but I think it should be. +1
  5. +1 - we are interested in this, though for the most part we will continue to use the icons provided in the Hornbill app, but I would create my own icon where relevant but using inspiration from the style that Font Awesome provides.
  6. Despite this, the thrill you get with PUBG will totally make you want to play more. I've played Fortnite and nope nope nope, PUBG all the way. We should team up if you (and anyone else) get it
  7. To be fair, Elite Dangerous was released in 2014 so it's easy to see how @DeadMeatGF can rack up those hours... is that when you got the game? In comparison, I've been playing Rocket League for nearly 2 years and have racked up a total of 1,588 hours... then my next longest play through is ArmA 3 since 2013 with 553 hours, and for 1 year (not permanently lol) i've been playing Playerunknown's Battlegrounds and have racked up 340 hours... so not even close to match that :P.
  8. Oooh you must have some impressive cities? I've got this game too and have played it to death and back, but have never been able to "be happy" with any of my creations... I play Cities Skylines with mods, especially Traffic Manager: President Edition. I will see if I still have my saves so I can share some screenshots... I am hoping my saves are on the Steam "Cloud" as i've recently gotten a new SSD to replace my SSHD... therefore had to reinstall Windows 10. However Windows, Rocket League, PUBG and other games starts up soooo much faster now! I turn my PC on and bam I'm at the login screen in less than 2 seconds, when I log in... my apps are already open
  9. Hi @Giuseppe Iannacone, I believe this has been raised a few times before, it's a feature that is of particular interest (and importance) to a lof of Hornbill users so it may be something that Hornbill are looking into if they haven't done so already. Unfortunately i'm not returning any results when doing a forum search for some reason... (Portal Connections, Connections Portal, Connections OR Portal). I will let someone from Hornbill confirm. Thanks, Samuel
  10. Hi @James Ainsworth, The particular documents I wanted to share in this case via the FAQ's are rather large, and only service-specific related to MFA (Multi-factor Authentication). The sort of FAQ title I would have it set to would be something like: "How do I set up and use MFA?", then I should embed the relatively large document from sharepoint so it can be viewed as if it was on Sharepoint. I have tried to get the contents of the documents into the FAQ, but sadly these document doesn't paste very well into there... it has lots of pictures as well which also does'nt come across. But I really there should actually be an option for there to be service specific documentation for the users so they can self-serve as well... i might even be crazy to even suggest catalog-specific documentation too... but not in the traditional sense that we are used to... but to be able to have a catalog which isn't linked to a progressive capture or business process, but rather to a specific document or a library of documents. But if this can be integrated with Sharepoint (for the benefit of our customers) and the business as a whole, then it makes a lot of sense. Document Manager within Hornbill itself really seems like it should only be used for our benefit alongside Service Manager hence the reason I have been trying to use the FAQ's to hold this sort of information. We are totally looking at getting a lot more documentation and FAQ's into Hornbill via the FAQ's (for the time being) once Year End is over. Thanks, Samuel
  11. Hi @James Ainsworth, That is correct, yes. Thanks, Samuel
  12. Hi, I need to store the Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Stream URL's against a Service, so I have created multiple Customer Fields (E and F) however both Single line and Multi Line is limited to 100 characters which i found a bit odd. Can this be increased to something much higher? I might be going about this the wrong way though... Thanks, Samuel
  13. Hi, I would like to request the ability to be able to embed into FAQ's (iFrames). We have some documents on Sharepoint online that we need to bring into the FAQ's against a service, there is an option to embed the content by copying the Embed URL from Sharepoint, but when pasting into an FAQ it simply shows up as text within the FAQ. It's a little frustrating as we need get this document onto a new service that will need to be turned on within the next few days. I could link straight to the document, but in an ideal world, the embedding (to show on the FAQ) will be far better. I will do the former for now. Thanks, Samuel
  14. Hi @TrevorKillick, How's the progress with the 3.0 release and the Server Build? Is there a way to assign multiple groups via the configs for the LDAP_Import we use currently? (i cannot find any details about this on Github or the Wiki) Many thanks, Samuel
  15. My points 2 and 3 - I seem to have forgotten to add to the front of each line - "A button for users to "....
  16. Hello, This is likely to be a very odd request... But can I request for tweaks to be made to the progressive capture? (and possibly the Business Process too) Here we go.. When picking up a node to drop it, I may need to align the node to near the bottom of the page (partially or not partially out of sight). It gets a bit annoying that the Progressive Capture scrolls down so when the node itself hits the edge, then whilst amongst that empty white space the progressive capture scrolls up with your node auto-resizing the canvas as it goes which is a bit confusing sometimes. Node scrolling.mp4 Can we have it so that the page scrolls ONLY when the mouse cursor hits the edge of the screen, and not the edge of the node? Can you slow down the scroll that occurs? Prevent the resizing of the Canvas until after we drop the node? OR even better Can we have a fixed-size canvas that we can control the size of? Ability to set fixed size and auto-resizing beyond fixed size Auto-conform canvas to the nodes (maybing leaving a padding of 10 pixels around the edge to make it look nice) Align the nodes to the center, left or right of the canvas (like aligning a table in a Word document, which keeps the content looking the same, but the table moving to it's aligned position) Ability to increment (tap) or expand / shrink (hold) the width and height values - but prevent going smaller if there are nodes that should prevent it so. Could we have that little transparent window that's apparent in other applications we gives you an overview of the entire document and visually see what part of the canvas you are looking at? Thanks, Samuel
  17. +1 if this is possible at some point. Saves having to re-write what we've alrady got.
  18. +1 this will be a very good addition @Steven Boardman - Re. the story, has it been discussed how it would work? ie. such as choose a snippet or template etc? Or is it to email a customer to let them know the call has been updated? (which is just as good) Thanks, Samuel
  19. Hi, +1 If we can keep everything in a single location for enhancement requests, as long as we are able to identify what application the enhancements are related to (maybe force a prefix of SM / PM / DM etc. to the title) However in the mean time @Dan Munns, have you had a look at the options available on the Activity tab at the top of the Hornbill forums? If you click on this tab, then click on My Activity Streams underneath it you will be able to filter the forum posts a bit more, such as to find the content you've posted it, or even the posts you've started. Thanks, Samuel
  20. Is it possible for other wiki-markup to be formatted in an email? I am thinking along the lines of [ code ] and [ blockquote ]. I am assuming that the actual formatting we see in Hornbill for the above codes is not possible when sent into an email, but how about having it so it... indents and italic the [ blockquote ] Puts the content of [ code ] into a single cell table and with dark-grey border Is this possible? Samuel
  21. Sounds like your colleagues / customers are very interesting people . Anyway I take screenshots for people if they have a problem with Hornbill, so I can share the issues here on the forums, i hardly annotate or doodle, but I blur (or Obfuscate) a lot! Have you had a thought about maybe trying Greenshot yourself? Lmao @Victor that is truly epic, i'm trying to work out which stickman you are... i am assuming the one on the far left holding the brush? Who are the other stickmen? Anyone we know who is on the forums? As for @Gerry in that picture, he must have something up his sleeve... this could turn out to be quite the story jus imagining it
  22. LOL you got me curious now! Any chance of producing an image of that mob? Maybe if you trial it, you will come around to... eventually To be fair, there's only 2 extremely qualified screensot doodler's in my department... everyone else just uses Snipping tool and takes a screenshot of the whole screen rather than just the bits we need to see...
