  1. Hi @ALIPO, The column 'h_update_time' is not always populated. It is only used when a time segment is added using a running timer. If for example, you enter time as 1 hour (as in your are recording retrospective time), there will never be a value in this column. Alex
  2. @Patrick Walker apologies for the late reply. The Timesheet Manager update has unfortunately been delayed by a number of things. What I can say though is that we will be making an announcement around our Insights event at the end of June. Alex
  3. @Nikolaj no news I'm afraid. The status values are still system defined. Alex
  4. @Nikolaj I'm not sure what's happened here. I will ask our support team to investigate. Alex
  5. @Lauren I'm pleased to say that the ability to change card colours for Project and Project Task board cards will be included as part of the next Project Manager update which is currently scheduled to be released very soon. Alex
  6. @Nikolaj it looks like the milestone status was originally driven from a simple list which allowed you to add your own values and at some point that was changed to system values. This is most likely due to the fact that functionality can not be driven from values that the system does not know about. When I have some more updates on this, I will post them here. Alex
  7. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  8. @Nikolaj oh I see what you mean now. You'd like a timeline against milestones. I'll feed this back to our product team. Alex
  9. @Nikolaj I'm not sure I understand? You'd like to add posts to a project template? Alex
  10. @Michael Sharp Unfortunately I can't give any time estimates. All I can say is that we will make them available just as soon as they are ready. Alex
  11. @Tom Gilbert the values in the drop down for dependency type can be added by yourselves through the Hornbill Admin Tool. If you wish, you can even change the default label from Type to Inbound/outbound. Alex
  12. @Nikolaj there is no news here at the moment unfortunately. Alex
  13. @Michael Sharp thanks for your post. You will be pleased to know that both of these requirements are in our backlog of features to add to Project Manager. They will be added in future updates. Alex
  14. @Lauren thanks for your post. Currently there is no way to automatically resolve all linked requests when a project is closed. I know exactly the functionality you are after and will pass this onto our product team. Enabling the linking of different request types is also something I will pass onto our product team. Alex
  15. @Lauren I will ask our development team in Project Manager to add this feature. Alex
  16. The latest build of Hornbill Project Manager (246) has been released to live. Change Log for this release are as follows: New Project Issues Fix There was an issue when clearing the filtering for Project Raid items
  17. @Lyonel if you look at the simple lists for Project Manager, does the list 'Project Relationship Type Requests' exist? Alex
  18. @Lyonel what does the error in the log say now? Alex
  19. @Lyonel the account will need either the Project User or the Project Portfolio Manager role. The Project Administrator role only has the ability to view projects, not create them. Alex
  20. @Lyonel does the iBridge Hornbill account have access to Hornbill Project Manager application? Alex
  21. @Lyonel thanks for your post. Firstly, the lack of update as to what is happening when creating a project - this will be addressed and is something we are aware of. What takes the time is the creation of the tasks from the selected template. On that point, we will be changing the way project tasks work so that you can create a new project task without it being assigned to any project stakeholder. This will remove the issue you have around being overwhelmed with project tasks. Alex
  22. @Lyonel thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  23. @Lyonel thanks for your post. I will ask our development team about sort options and also about truncating the task name. With regards to dependencies between tasks and the way you set up tasks in project templates - there is active development to improve the experience in both these areas. Alex
  24. @Nikolaj we are currently working very hard on reporting for Project Manager. I'm hoping to be able to share some updates soon. Alex
  25. @Nikolaj our development team have so far been unable to recreate the issue. I think we will need to check the records in the various database tables to see what has happened here. I can pick this up with you on Monday. Alex
