  1. @Nikolaj if you run these 2 separate statements: SELECT COUNT(*) AS activeProjectTaskCount FROM h_sys_tasks WHERE h_obj_ref_urn = "urn:sys:entity:com.hornbill.projectmanager:Projects:60" AND h_state = 1 AND h_progress != 100 SELECT COUNT(*) AS activeMilestoneCount FROM h_project_project_milestones WHERE h_project_id = 60 AND h_status = "status.inProgress" Do either of them return any results?
  2. @Nikolaj in the UI, attempt to cancel the project (so that it reproduces the error saying there are outstanding milestones and project tasks), then look in in the admin tool under the server service log and filter by sql. The system has to find a related record for that error to be shown. Hopefully this will show us what the issue is. Alex
  3. @Nikolaj I suspect that there are still tasks associated to the project even though they are not showing in the UI. We saw this problem several months ago with selected projects. If you query the database for all project tasks that are associated to that project, how many are shown compared to what you see in the UI? Alex
  4. @Nikolaj I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  5. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. Our development team are aware of this issue and are still investigating. I believe the other issue you are thinking of is the rendering of the charts on the overview tab of a project. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Alex
  6. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. Yes our development team is currently adding this as an application option to make it consistent with the project view. It will be available in an upcoming update. Alex

  11. Hi @Adrian Simpkins, sorry I missed this post completely. The timer in the top right is a plugin from Timesheet Manager. If you don't have the Timesheet Manager application installed you will never see this. When you enter a value here (and optionally specify a default category) the data is written directly into Timesheet Manager. The timer in the middle of the task/activity under the Complete/Time Spent headings is a field against the task. Anything recorded here is NOT written into Timesheet Manager. We are currently in the process of adding plenty of functionality into Timesheet Manager and this is one of those areas that needs to be 'cleaned up' as such. Hopefully this will change soon with more updates and hopefully this explains what is going on with this form. Alex
  12. @Adrian Simpkins Yes I believe it will cause issues. Let me speak with our development team and see if we can add the required default categories so that you can set them for each request type accordingly. I can see the value for other customers in having this as well and also going forward I know this won't compromise the changes we are planning on making to timesheet categories. Alex
  13. @Adrian Simpkins thanks for your post. It appears that they share the same field. Correct me if I'm wrong but what I think what you are looking for here is for separate default categories for 'Incident >> Request Update' and 'Service Request >> Request Update'. We plan on making significant changes to the way categories are defined and managed in future Timesheet Manager updates so I will feed this back to our development and product teams to make sure your requirement is met. Alex
