  1. @Dan Munns yes the spreadsheet template will be updated with the additional columns that you can then map to your custom fields. Alex
  2. @Dan Munns yes this is a feature that is actually already there - we just haven't enabled it yet :-) You will be able to add your own custom fields to each section of the form on the supplier view. This is coming in an update very soon. Alex
  3. @Darren Rose there will be an accompanying Harry Hornbill video with this update to explain all of the changes that have been made. As we get closer to release we will start releasing screenshots on the forums for you all to see as a preview. Internal testing is going very well and everything is on schedule :-) Alex
  4. Hi Everyone, In an update released this afternoon, we have added the ability to import suppliers via a csv spreadsheet through the Hornbill Admin Tool. Simply download the csv template and populate it with all of your new suppliers. If you need help with mapping the fields, there is a popup dialog which describes the data required for each column. The first row of the template is also populated with example data. As we introduce more features such as custom fields on the supplier form, as well as supplier visibility/permission checks, this template will be updated accordingly. If you have any feedback on this feature (both good and bad) we'd love to here it! We hope you find this new feature a useful addition. Alex
  5. @Aaron Summers thanks for your post. Yes, Holiday Manager is still very much in development. In fact, we use it ourselves internally at Hornbill :-) All I can say for now is that when it reaches the required level of maturity, we will make this application available for our customers. Look out for future announcements on this on both our website and forums. Alex
  6. @David Meredith again unfortunately not at the moment. At the present time we've asked everyone to post directly on this forum. All feedback, both good (and especially bad) is most welcome :-) Alex
  7. @David Meredith thanks for your post. Yes, the display of currency is a known issue and will be fixed soon. In fact, this whole section is about to change. Look out for this in one of the next few updates. Alex
  8. @David Meredith unfortunately not at this stage. It is one of several major features that we are working on at the moment in regard to Supplier Manager. I will post back to this thread with any updates. Alex
  9. @David Meredith thanks for your post. This falls under the integration that we are currently working on with the Hornbill Service Manager application. When complete, suppliers will be integrated with assets, services and requests. Alex
  10. @Ann-MarieJones thanks for your post. We are currently in the process of testing a big update to Hornbill Timesheet Manager internally. This update is expected to be available to our customers by the end of the month. The new update does indeed allow you to record time directly against a request in Service Manager, at any stage of the request's lifecycle. As a manager you will also have visibility of your analyst's timesheets. Look out for the update to Hornbill Timesheet Manager in the coming weeks. Alex
  11. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. This exact feature has been requested internally and is on our list of things to add to Supplier Manager. With regard to the disabled buttons, they are features that will appear in future updates. Alex
  12. @Dan Munns thanks for your ;post. Some really good ideas here. I will pass this to our product team. Alex
  13. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. I will pass this to our product team. It's not currently possible to create a new workspace from a business process operation. Alex
  14. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. I will pass this to our product team. Alex
  15. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. I like the feature. I will pass this to our development and product teams. Alex
  16. @Ben Paddick thanks for your post. Ok, so I think the returned error is probably correct :-) Which user session are you using to invoke the api and does it have the Project Portfolio Manager role? In terms of security for project manager, you can only see and action projects that you are a stakeholder in (if you have the standard Project User role). If you have the Project Portfolio Manager role you have access to all projects. I would suggest giving your user (who you are making the api call with) the Project Portfolio Manager role. Alex
  17. @Nikolaj sorry to see this. I will ask our development team to try and recreate the issue. Alex
  18. @Lyonel that's great to hear you are after similar functionality. As mentioned in a reply to one of the other threads just raised, a full RAID log will be added to Project Manager in the next update. Alex
  19. @Paul Alexanderok that's great (and makes me 99% certain of the issue). Can you raise a support call with @Victor and we'll take it from there please? Alex
  20. @Paul Alexander this appears to be an issue with the integration to Board Manager. I will ask our development team to investigate. Is this an older project task by any chance? Alex
  21. @Dan Munns thanks for all of these posts. The next update to Project Manager will see the expansion of the current Risks functionality into a full RAID log. Here is a screenshot of what you can expect. Alex
  22. @Paul Alexander it's the server service log that we are interested in
  23. @Paul Alexander if you can't see the tasks then they are silently failing to create in the background. The number one reason for this is the dates of the task and them falling outside of the project dates. The next time this happens we need to check the logs to see what is happening. Alex
  24. @Paul Alexander I'm sorry to hear this. I suspect it's an issue with the dates again. Does the server service log shed any light on the problem? Alex
  25. @Nikolaj there is no update for this at present unfortunately. Alex
