  1. I have a measure which currently has a coloured threshold on it, as it is copied from a existing measure and modified. The new measure does not require the colour threshold setting the original had. How do you remove the threshold colouring on a measure, so they appear as default dark grey and white writing? I have tried setting the values to 0, but that does not work. The only way I can find at the moment is to re-create the measure from scratch. Cheers Martyn
  2. Good afternoon We have an issue with a widget on a report that is not adding the call details of a call that they have worked on (and added time) where they are not the owner of that call. The technician can see the time that they have added to the call is shown in their 'My timesheets' and the call itself shows their time too but the call details are not displayed in the widget. The widget component to gather the accumulated technician data is: select h_pk_reference as 'Call No', h_summary as 'Summary', h_datelastmodified as 'Last Modified', h_withinfix as 'Status' from h_itsm_requests where h_status IN ('status.open') AND h_ownerid = 'AVAUG' AND h_datelastmodified >= CURDATE() The report then uses the following: select h_minutes, h_update_time from h_timesheet_values where h_member='AVAUG' order by h_update_time Looks like the update field (h_update_time) on h_timesheet_values is not being updated. @Hornbill Support Team - Where are we going wrong please?   4. Hi, I just created 2 very interesting dashboards for my company and I would like all users to have access to them. However, for dashboards, we need to manually assign rights to users, groups or roles. I have too many teams and users to do that manually so I was looking for a shortcut using a custom role. But I am struggling and some help would be welcomed! What settings do I need to give to my role to make it appear in the dashboard settings? My dashboard properties and the access I would like to setup: My custom role: I have not given any specific database rights. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!
  5. Hi, Sorry if the question has already been asked, just could not really find anything in the forum. Would it be possible to "group" analytics objects via a category (filter by drop down list)? At the moment, I have 170 measures setup (95% used, rest is under dev), 119 widgets, 30 reports, etc. The tool is great for that except when it comes to organizing content... I use a naming convention BUT it is still not quite good enough. What would make things a lot easier is to have a field "Category" on which we can filter, as we have for BPMs or PCs.   6. Hi Has anyone been able to use Advanced Analytics to report on the 5 star feedback ratings? I can create a standard report using the h_rating column, but this does not appear to be available when creating measures in Advanced Analytics. Thanks Darren
  7. Hi, I have a very strange rendering on my widget charts when I use the "stack" option but not the % one: As you can see the proportions are all messed up. If I use the % option, it looks much better (but this is not what I want!) Anyone else has the same issue?

Hi all, I am trying to have a live dashboard to display in the service desk with stats such as: Number of tickets open - total Number of tickets logged - daily Number of tickets open - per analyst Number of tickets breached - total However it seems that the measures will only rescan once per day so all of the widgets are a day behind. I have a widget set up to show open tickets (attached) and even though it seems incorrect (47 open tickets, I can only see 38 in service manager) it has captured the three I logged yesterday, just a day behind. I am certain it is something I have done (or not done) as is usually the case. Any ideas? Thanks Dan

  11. Hi, I have been playing a lot with the measures recently and discovered something a little bit constraining for us: Is it possible to extend the length of the where clauses when setting up measures? Right now, this is very constraining and does not allow me to setup KPIs properly
  12. @bob_dickinson Bob, in your webinar on the reporting you had a dashboard and one of the items on there was calls not touched in x number of days We have a requirement to show the number of calls per team that are older than 90 days How would we go about doing that? thanks, Pete
