The latest build of Hornbill Project Manager (254) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Change Added/Removed indexes from the schema as part of continual performance improvements. You can now control whether Harry Hornbill appears or not on the Project RAG status chart that is shown on the overview tab of a project through an application setting. The default is true. Related project data such as tasks and risks that is shown in tables now have a permanent edit button rather than one that appears just on hover. Fix Project RAG Tolerance counts were not displayed on the relevant tab on the project.

Hi @Lauren. Thanks for your post. Yes this is an issue that we are aware of. Once the problem is fixed, a task will always appear as per the second screenshot, regardless of where in Hornbill it is opened from. Alex

@Nikolaj thanks for your post. We are currently changing the behaviour of Gantt charts to show project task dependencies, as well as fixing a few bugs like the ones you describe. Hopefully it won't be much longer now until the next update. Alex

@Malcolm It's possible. All the information is there in the database. We have big plans for Timesheet Manager in the near future so this is the sort of thing we would look to add into the user app so you don't have to mess around with sql. Alex

Hi @ALIPO, The column 'h_update_time' is not always populated. It is only used when a time segment is added using a running timer. If for example, you enter time as 1 hour (as in your are recording retrospective time), there will never be a value in this column. Alex

@Patrick Walker apologies for the late reply. The Timesheet Manager update has unfortunately been delayed by a number of things. What I can say though is that we will be making an announcement around our Insights event at the end of June. Alex

@Lauren I'm pleased to say that the ability to change card colours for Project and Project Task board cards will be included as part of the next Project Manager update which is currently scheduled to be released very soon. Alex

@Nikolaj it looks like the milestone status was originally driven from a simple list which allowed you to add your own values and at some point that was changed to system values. This is most likely due to the fact that functionality can not be driven from values that the system does not know about. When I have some more updates on this, I will post them here. Alex
