  4. @Lauren thanks for pointing out the typo - that's now been fixed for the new update. Regarding the timeline post - this is not something we are planning on changing on the Service Manager side. That's not to say it can't be done though. I'll raise the requirement for discussion internally. Alex
  5. @lcottell @Hannah Stella thanks for your posts. We have a big update coming to Timesheet Manager very shortly which will change the way in which time is recorded. Can I ask, are you seeing any errors in the server service log (in the Admin Tool) relating to adding these new timesheet values? Alex
  6. Hi @Adrian Simpkins, thanks for your post. We are about to make several big changes to TImesheet Manager which will be available through an update very soon. The way that the categories work is that they are created and then shared with users, be it via roles, groups or individually nominated users. As part of the integration with Service Manager you can choose to enable the time recording functionality per action (update, resolution etc) within each service. If I understand you correctly, you're essentially looking for different categories per service? This is unfortunately not how it currently works. A single category can be set against an action. It's not possible to set a different category for the same action across different services. You can of course achieve what you are trying to achieve by writing a report. I would suggest logging all of your request update time against the same category across different services and then using the condition builder to filter out/in certain services as you so choose. As I said, there is a big change coming to Timesheet Manager in the way time is recorded and viewed. We are planning to overhaul the categories part of the application once this update is released so definitely watch this space! We are always interested in hearing from our customers with regards to the type of reports and data that they wish to get out of the system so please do post about what it is you want to achieve and we will do our very best to help. Alex
  7. @Nikolaj no updates on this at this time I'm afraid. Alex
  8. @Nikolaj unfortunately no news here as yet. I will ask for a further update. Alex

  11. @Tom Gilbert a new field on the Issues form 'Mitigation' has been added to the next Project Manager update. Alex
  12. @Tom Gilbert just so I understand this correctly - you'd like to be able to template milestones without set due dates? (Presumably you'd just add the due date to the milestone once the project has been created and is running) Alex
  13. @Tom Gilbert thanks for your post. Yes you are correct - this is a bug our development team are currently working on. Hopefully it will be resolved in the next Project Manager update. Alex

  20. @Jo Sword ok thanks, let me speak with our support team about this. Alex
  21. @Nikolaj this appears to be a different error to the one above. Is it just happening for this particular project? Alex
  22. @Jo Sword can I ask, are these old projects that you are seeing problems with? Alex
  23. @Paul Alexander if you look at the main server service log and filter by 'error' does it come up with anything relating to creating projects? Also, has this happened with any new projects since yesterday? Alex
  24. @Nikolaj is this happening for all projects or just for a specific project? Alex
  25. @Paul Alexander is there anything helpful in the logs to indicate what the problem might be? Alex
