  1. @Tom Gilbert the values in the drop down for dependency type can be added by yourselves through the Hornbill Admin Tool. If you wish, you can even change the default label from Type to Inbound/outbound. Alex
  2. @Nikolaj there is no news here at the moment unfortunately. Alex
  3. @Michael Sharp thanks for your post. You will be pleased to know that both of these requirements are in our backlog of features to add to Project Manager. They will be added in future updates. Alex
  4. @Lauren thanks for your post. Currently there is no way to automatically resolve all linked requests when a project is closed. I know exactly the functionality you are after and will pass this onto our product team. Enabling the linking of different request types is also something I will pass onto our product team. Alex
  5. @Lauren I will ask our development team in Project Manager to add this feature. Alex
  6. The latest build of Hornbill Project Manager (246) has been released to live. Change Log for this release are as follows: New Project Issues Fix There was an issue when clearing the filtering for Project Raid items
  7. @Lyonel if you look at the simple lists for Project Manager, does the list 'Project Relationship Type Requests' exist? Alex
  8. @Lyonel what does the error in the log say now? Alex
  9. @Lyonel the account will need either the Project User or the Project Portfolio Manager role. The Project Administrator role only has the ability to view projects, not create them. Alex
  10. @Lyonel does the iBridge Hornbill account have access to Hornbill Project Manager application? Alex
  11. @Lyonel thanks for your post. Firstly, the lack of update as to what is happening when creating a project - this will be addressed and is something we are aware of. What takes the time is the creation of the tasks from the selected template. On that point, we will be changing the way project tasks work so that you can create a new project task without it being assigned to any project stakeholder. This will remove the issue you have around being overwhelmed with project tasks. Alex
  12. @Lyonel thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  13. @Lyonel thanks for your post. I will ask our development team about sort options and also about truncating the task name. With regards to dependencies between tasks and the way you set up tasks in project templates - there is active development to improve the experience in both these areas. Alex
  14. @Nikolaj we are currently working very hard on reporting for Project Manager. I'm hoping to be able to share some updates soon. Alex
  15. @Nikolaj our development team have so far been unable to recreate the issue. I think we will need to check the records in the various database tables to see what has happened here. I can pick this up with you on Monday. Alex
  16. @Nikolaj it looks like the ordering is somehow wrong in the database. If you move the milestone underneath it up one, does that fix the problem? Alex
  17. @Nikolaj do you have the milestones sorted at all? The only thing I can think of here is that the milestone with the single arrow believes it is at the bottom of the order. If you try and move it up one, does this fix the issue? Alex
  18. @Nikolaj Our development team is having trouble replicating the issue. When you move the milestone 'Project Complete' in your screenshot down (by clicking the arrow) is it replaced on the page by a different milestone? In other words, does it move the milestone down the order by 1? Alex
  19. @Nikolaj the arrows on the right should change the milestone order. The sorting occurs when clicking on the column headings. If the milestone order is not being updated when the arrows are clicked then there is a defect. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  20. @Nikolaj I can confirm there is no functionality behind the review date field - yet. Alex
  21. @Nikolaj there is no news on this i'm afraid but I will ask our development team to prioritise it. Alex
  22. @stepghg project tasks are also only assignable to project stakeholders. With this bug as it is, it's technically possible to assign a project task to a user that does not have a Project Manager role/subscription. Once this bug is fixed, this will no longer be possible. I've also asked our development team to look at the auditing on project tasks as this also appears to be a bug. Alex
  23. @stepghg thanks for your post. The addition of a timeline is a feature of tasks in Hornbill Project Manager. I see what you mean regarding the popup view when opening a Project Task from the Right Hand Side. This appears to be a bug and should be opening the Project Task view of the popup. I have passed this to our development team to look at. Alex
  24. @Tom Gilbert you'll be pleased to know we are almost ready to push out the next project manager update. This is currently planned for tomorrow. With this update, there are various improvements and fixes, along with Project Assumptions. Project Issues will be the main focus of the release after that, followed by Project Dependencies to complete the RAID functionality. Here is a screenshot of what you can expect: Alex
  25. @Patrick Walker I will speak to the Service Manager team about this integration but the functionality won't be there from day 1 when we push out the Timesheet Manager update. I'm sorry to announce also that the update will be delayed by a few weeks as we continue to iron out bugs found in user testing and prepare the relevant documentation for the big update. I will update this thread when there is more news. Alex
