  5. We use the automation node to send out P1/ Major Incidents info (updates etc) via email. Is it possible to use a BCC: field to stop staff replying to all.
  6. We use a report (with some custom fields to record extra info) - for telling us status, which teams, last logon time. We use this it recharge, also useful when trying to swap a subscription.

  8. We had a similar issue last week, some requests didn't show (some did) - Deen run a full reindex of our instance over night and this fixed it. Nasim

  12. Since 16:54 today we have been getting "Could not initialise core data - Error code " Support status check is showing Health ok but we can't open any requests Nasim

Hi @Daniel Dekel Sorry to reopen this post but I've run into this same issue - staff who were full users but have been demoted to basic, but I'm trying to clean the workspace membership up but I'm getting the same error. Please don't say I have to promote them back up to Full User before I can remove them, although this does work there a lot of staff to manually do this fix for.... Nasim

  18. On the 20th Dec we had a similar issue - I logged to Hornbill but the next morning it was ok and hasn't happened since. I'm hoping your issue hasn't reoccurred since 2nd Jan. Nasim
  19. @James Ainsworth This would work for me - but not as well as having the linked service. I assume the requests sits with the original team and has the old owner, which may annoy staff who wish to only see requests they are dealing with. Nasim
