  3. We would like our analysts to be able to 'view' emails that are sent as part of a request, but we have found that to enable this they also get access to the email inbox functionality. Could a box be added to tick to allow people to view emails but not to have access to the inbox and all the other associated privileges?

  5. @Steven Boardman This is in the main live interface, is there a setting that we need to adjust to enter our logo image or link to image.

  7. When we originally setup our system and were in the 30 day trial we had our logo appear at the top of the Software: This is now missing, how do we get it back?

Would it be possible for either of these ideas to be investigated: To be able to add a custom field to the request list e.g. for changes we have the Impact/Risk that is completed and it would be great to show these in the request list The possibility of having custom request lists per request type as for different requests we focus on different things When using a View if you choose the request type by clicking on the Incident, Service Request etc icon it defaults back to you default View and not the one that you have selected.
  9. @Victor We have found this issue there is a character limit to the summary field of 241 characters and we were appending the summary with some details from the PCF which made it 515 characters and this 'broke' the BPM!!
  10. When trying to add a mobile phone device on Service Manager when we click on the 'Add New Device' button nothing happens and you cannot get to the screen where you add a device. Also when we have jobs in the mobile app, there is not a way to assign as the options are missing it just says 'undefined'. Could you look into this please?

  13. When sending an email from a request, is it possible to add some formatting to the text like Underline, Bold, Italics etc? Currently, we cannot find a way of performing these actions from the defaulted options:
  14. Would it be possible to develop these views to in OR statements as currently they are only AND statements but using OR's would help a lot and make defining views a lot more powerful.
  15. So I have been testing this and it would appear that they do work as described, on some of the tasks you have to choose the answer first and it prompts you for the text to fill in. But at least we have now understood how these now work after the change. Thanks for all you help
  16. @Miro @Steven Boardman I cannot seem to replicate this to get the tasks details to show, I am the assignee of the task and clicking on it in multiple ways still does not produce the fields to fill in. Also with the buttons that you pre-determine since they have been moved you cannot read the text that is displayed on the button, is there a way of dynamically sizing this area?
  17. @Miro Yes this worked fine for us we had a lot of these boxes to gather information and to drive parts of the BPM which are now broken, I believe that at some point last week there might have been an update to remove the reason boxes? (I guess) Using Chrome v68 the latest also does not work in Firefox, as a side note all boxes are missing even the Reason boxes so maybe this was broken with the latest update?
  18. We are having an issue with one user and raising changes on 6th Aug at 09.35 a change was raised (CH00800598), the error is But every standard change that he raises 'errors' and has the same issues and does not follow the BPM process as intended.
  19. We have set up some custom tasks as part of our BPM: These were working fine then we have found that they are not translating to the front end system: Is there something that has changed that we need to adjust?
  20. @Victor We have been trying to get logs for a certain time period and we get nothing, the downloaded file just has today's information in it and nothing else this filter doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on how to get the log files for specific times to find problems....

  23. Me again! How do you delete a folder within your Mailbox we created some thinking that we would use them but we have decided against it and would now like to delete two folders August 2018 and Archive (see below) I can't find where in the mailbox or in the admin section where you actually delete a folder...
