  2. @Victor I am struggling to find the name of the BPM instance that has broken, I can find a few requests that have a business process which does not work but I cannot find the actual BPM ID. Do you know where I can find this information?
  3. Anyone else having these issues with changing the assigned authorisors?
  4. Is there a way to show the authorisations on a more permanent basis? We show it as part of the BPM when a change or request gets to a specific point, but there are occasions that we would like to change the authorisors or add more on the fly which we are finding very difficult. How do others work with this issue?
  5. @Josh Bridgens I believe that this should work if it does not then come back as there are other ways around this like hidden fields etc within the PCF
  6. This relates to the question in the PCF that it is pulling from to perform the calculation. I don't believe that you can do this as part of the PCF. I cannot find anywhere you can choose/reference fields within a PCF so this would have to performed as one of the first parts of the BPM. At least this is how we have done this.

Hi @Josh Bridgens Yes this is possible and it is something that we have done quite successfully, below is an example of what we have done, which takes information submitted in a PCF and performs a calculation and then you can output to where you want, we output into the timeline so that it is searchable: Total Line Cost (inc VAT) - £&[([functions.pcf("Order2","field_6")]*[functions.pcf("Order2","field_4")]*1.20).toFixed(2)] Other things can be achieved as this is based on javascript.
  9. On the customer portal, we thought it might be a good idea to show the Top 5 or x amount most used forms on the front page to all people that use the service to easily find the form that they need.

  14. Would it be possible to list a mailbox as your default one so that email is always sent, this would also be useful when setting up email nodes within a BPM so that if you 'forget' to choose the mailbox it just uses the general mailbox rather than breaking the Business Process.....
  15. Yes this is what they currently do, but we are trying to make things as easy as possible. They already have about 5 tabs open and working out which tab you are working on is not easy sometimes.
  16. Doesn't this take the email and raise a request from it? We wanted to raise a vanilla request that is not linked to the email...
  17. Hi, @Victor no I mean to appear in the email window like this mocked-up version: As our Service Desk live in this window, it would be great for them when dealing with the email and the phone rings to log a job from this screen.
  18. Would it be possible to extend the Raise New button to the Email section so that we can raise jobs from this window as well?
  19. @James Ainsworth We would be interested in using the Service Manager document library for our knowledge base so being able to easily view the documents in the application rather than having to download them would be great.
  20. Sorry that we have so many questions! As a passing thought, it would be nice to have a board style view of My Dashboards so that you can group some charts together into similar sections. Further to this, to enable sharing of this board would increase the functionality massively.
  21. When we have a summary in a request, for example, 'Please Send This Email' when the email is sent the formatting is not honoured and the email subject is sent as 'please send this email' Is there a way to change this so that it the text the is pulled across is the same as the summary text?
  22. @Victor This is something that has been requested so that they can see the original emails that are sent as part of the request. I believe we heard that there was a change coming to allow more of the email to be shown in the timeline posts?
