  1. Yes @Martyn Houghton, We will probably have an option in the Task level to hide the Reason. In that case it will be hidden unless you select an outcome that requires the Reason, the it will be displayed. Cheers, Daniel.

  3. Hi @Martyn Houghton, Yes, for each Outcome you can set if the Reason is required or not. That will have to be set either in the BPM or if is a Manual Activity, in the template. We are currently debating if we should bring it back and show it always or keep it simple as this was the one of the main ideas of this new view.   4. Thanks @Dan Munns. We are working on a "secret" new project ;-) that involves making a new form component. Therefore we will add that new capability to the new form. But unfortunately that can take some time as is not that simple, but it will be in the new component, that's for sure. Daniel.
  5. @Martyn Houghton, I'm glad you like it. It is in Live now based on the experimental flag. Outcomes do not show with a drop down anymore. Because of the vertical layout, it will show all of them without a risk of breaking the layout ;-) Daniel.

  7. Hi @dwalby, Based on my personal experience in Hornbill, we used to use Trello and needed a way of linking Requests to a board as well as see the status of the request in the card. At the beginning we did that twice; updated the request and then updated the card on the board. After that we started to create scripts to integrate Trello with Service Manager but that was quite complicated. Then we decided to develop our own board for Service Manager and abandoned Trello. That way we had all in sync, a big step through! Now we have Board Manager app. We can not only have Requests but also other objects like emails, tasks and simple cards. You can limit the amount of cards in one lane, so for example you have a team of 5 people and you know that people should not work on more than one story at a time. So, you can limit it to 5 cards. You can also add and move cards based on BPM flow. There are many more useful features so you can already use it as a scrum board. And, as @trevorharris mentioned, we are looking to make it even better for Scrum specific features. So it can only get better ;-) Daniel.

  12. Hi @Darren Rose, That is possible, but because of the logic, the All will display all the versions of the renewed contracts. This is because when we filter on a specific date, we only display the latest version only. But I imagine here you would like to find a contract that you don't know if it expired or is active, am I correct? You know that you can shrink the results by typing the name of the organisation in the search? This is how it will look: Hope this is what you needed, Daniel.

  14. Hi @Darren Rose, The Service Contract is tied to the Organisation by timeline and other important information. Therefore It cannot be moved. You will have to create a new one against the correct organisation. Daniel.
  15. @davidrb84, The order should not matter, It should work in any case. In fact, the most logical order is to have the newest on top. Can you tell me what browser do you use and what operating system? Thanks, Daniel.

  18. Hi @clampj, @Martyn Houghton , I can see that there is no problem from the platform perspective, we can add a filter to show the Archived Users in the Co-Workers view. That way you can access the profile and see some of the remaining information. All this of course as long as the user hasn't been completely deleted. I'll add a change request for this. Daniel.
  19. Hello @P. Nordqvist, In the Activities View you have a basic search and some filter buttons on the right hand side. If you want to search for a more specific thing you can create a view and add different filters to it. Here are the list of things you can filter on. ID is not available as it is a hidden field and description is also not available because of performance reasons. Yo can also create sub-filters in the Board View for each lane.   20. Hello @davidrb84, I've tried to replicate this and am unable to see the problem. Open the email view Select an email (A) A new email comes in The email (A) remains focused. Let me know if you use it in a diffrent way or see something else. Thanks, Daniel.
  21. Hi @Kelvin, We found that there can be a problem with your Progressive Capture configuration. Can you please do two things? 1. Make sure you have the latest version of Service Manager. 2. In the Admin Tool, remove the Site field, save the Progressive capture. Just in case, refresh the screen (press F5) and add the field back. Let me know if that worked. Thanks, Daniel.
  22. Hi @Kelvin, Now that the platform has been upgraded, we need you to run at least once the same method to show the error.
