  1. This was working fine until this weekend without any changes that I am aware of. The BPM issue is a follows "Status : Failed Last Updated On : 09 Nov 2020 08:57:56 Xmlmc method invocation failed for BPM invocation node 's1/flowcode-b0352867-2f33-4f4c-804e-b6b6d6a26918': <methodCallResult status="fail"> <state> <code>0200</code> <service>apps</service> <operation>notifyEmailCustomer</operation> <error>FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.servicemanager/entities/Requests/fc_bpm/notifyEmailCustomer): nodeName: Exception;
  2. Is there a way to include the questions that people submit via PCF's in emails or in a template.... As we have several cases where we would like to use this information in this way.
  3. Hi I need to change the defauut mailbox the email action uses from with a call as it selects an old one,, also is it possible to remove the template the new feature uses. Thanks Chris
  4. We would like to set up some task templates but have found that you cannot predetermine certain actions, for example, we would like a template which had the predetermined options of Assign To - Group as it defaults to User and you can't seem to change it. Also, we would like to set the Outcomes options buttons and also to remove the Time Spent section. Has anyone been able to create these types of tasks? I have included a screenshot of the options that we have when creating a task
  5. Hi, I have been playing a lot with e-mails templates and settings recently, but I am a bit lost... For instance, all my templates have been customised, but I still receive emails with the Hornbill logo? Expected look & feel: Actual notification on customer update: Templates: My settings: Am I missing something? The wiki is really not helpful with this... More documentation on the settings would be a great idea!
  6. Hi, Have the quick request templates been removed from use? I had created some for our password resets and now when you raise a ticket the templates don't show up so we cant use them. Templates for daily issues such as password resets would make life so much easier so I hope they aren't gone and have been moved or it is something I have done which can be reversed. Thanks Dan
  7. At the moment you can include Service ID/Name in the email templates but you are not able to include the Catalog ID/Name. Can this be added to the email templates available fields? Cheers Martyn
  8. At the moment with Email Templates you can use the Request Entity to insert variable into the template. However the entity does not include the child table Request Questions, so you are not able to use any of the custom form values entered in the Progressive Capture. Can a Request for Change be logged to add the Request Questions child table be added to the Request Entity. I also suspect the same relationship will be required for Reporting as well. Thanks. Martyn
