  1. Hi @Martyn Houghton, Actually we have a change for this, is not that simple, but will be done. The first thing we wanted to do is filter on a specific person. You sometimes know that you or someone else posted but can't find it. Also based on on some text. But it can take some time to be implemented. Cheers, Daniel.
  2. I wanted to tell you about the new features being released to the Activity View. Based on an experimental flag ( experimental.feature.bpm.allowcustomtaskfields ) the new view will be available. Apart from the obvious UI change, there are several interesting new things: 1. Less clicks based on the situation: If the Activity doesn't require reason, time spent and other outcomes details, the outcomes will be displayed straight away as you open it instead of showing a complete button and then displaying the outcomes. * Activity view mode when no further input is needed * Activity view mode when input is needed 2. Custom Fields: By enabling the experimental flag, the BPM will allow you to add custom fields for a task to be presented when completing the task or a specific set of fields when selecting a particular outcome. The values can then be used in the BPM. Custom fields are very much like the ones in the Progressive Capture. * Outcome RAISE PROBLEM is selected. * Further questions are presented to the user 3. Enforced amending in specific situations: There are three basic types of Tasks (or Activities); Manual Activity - Created by the user in the Collaboration Core. This one is fully editable and remains mostly as it was before. Outcomes - by default will not allow editing and only one outcome "Done" will be used. Use Templates to customize the outcomes. BPM Task - This one is created by the BPM and can only re-assign and change the dates. BPM Approval - This one is also created by the BPM and it will not allow editing, only complete. 4. Reason and Time Spent: Time Spent can be hidden in the Template configuration. The Chargeable option will also be hidden if no time spent is displayed. If the Reason is not required for the specific selected Outcome, it will not be displayed. 5. Material Design Style and Layout change New style has been applied based on Material Design. The Action buttons were moved from the bottom of the popup to the right hand side. This is because of several issues we had with unknown number of outcomes. That lead to problems in the layout and after a few attempts to solve this issue we decided to use a vertical layout for the buttons. NOTES: * The Mobile App does not support yet Custom Fields. Therefore when opening an activity that has custom fields, it will not allow completing. Hope you like these changes and please let us know what do you think. We still have time to amend things before we remove the experimental flag. Thanks, Daniel.
  3. Hello @Kelvin, We can not find the problem. To be able to see the problem we will have to look at the logs. We made a change last week that will be rolled out in the next platform build (this Wednesday) that will allow us to see if there is an error in the log. Now, you have two options; One is to wait until Wed and then we can look at the errors and hopefully find it and fix if. The second option is to switch the DEBUG mode now (you can do it) but we will have to restart the server and the will have a down time of a few seconds. Customers will not be able to work during that time. Then we can look at errors if found. As you prefer. Let us know. Thanks. Daniel.
  4. Hello @LawesD, I do understand your point and think is a valid reason to support multiline labels. Due to the type of technology we use (without getting in to technicality) we will need to make certain changes that will not allow displaying the animations anymore for the label when you click on it. I think is worth the change so we will do this. Thank you for your feedback and I'll keep you updated when this change takes place. Daniel.
  5. Hi @Martyn Houghton, We've received some good and some bad feedback about the change to the outcomes. Mainly is because some customers have Activities with 4 or 5 outcomes, just near the limit. They say that in their case the layout was just fine. So I am asking maybe if we increase the number of outcomes to show without a combo from 3 to 5, if you think it will be work with you. Trying to please everybody, but is hard ;-) Thanks, Daniel.
  6. We will evaluate this @Martyn Houghton. Thanks for your feedback. Daniel.
  7. Hi @Martyn Houghton, At the moment only if you are the owner of the post you can change the status (archived or locked). At this stage is quite basic and it only works in the Web Platform, not in the mobile app, this means that the mobile app will still show the post as usual and will allow people to comment on it. Once we lock it down from all clients including the from the server, we can think on allowing changing the status for Super Users. Thanks, Daniel.
  8. @Martyn Houghton, I was probably not clear in my last post. There is no experimental flag anymore. The feature is available. So you can go to the progressive capture and use it. Thanks, Daniel.
  9. Hi @Martyn Houghton, The feature is not an experimental anymore, so it should be available without any flag. I'll update the wiki. Thanks, Daniel.
  10. Hi all, Sorry for the late (very last) response, I've missed this post a year ago. I've requested some changes to be done in the platform to allow this. Once this is in place it can be easily implemented in the client (admin tool and collaboration core). We'll keep you updated. Thank you, Daniel.
  11. Hi @Martyn Houghton , what will be the benefit having a notifications widget? The notifications are always present in the header. Daniel.
  12. Thanks @Kelvin, We'll have a look. Will get get back to you as soon as we find something. Daniel.
  13. Hello @Kelvin, Your configuration seem to be fine. Could you let us know what client are you using? live.hornbill.com, service.hornbill.com or customer.hornbill.com? Also, what kind of user are you using to login? Contact (guest), User or Basic user? Thank you, Daniel
  14. Hi @Martyn Houghton, We've done the change and will be available in our next build. There is going to be a Nano Training notice if there are too many outcomes so that people understand the change. The Admin Tool also has already an option to reorder the outcomes and a tooltip for the outcome will soon be available. Hope you find this change useful. Thanks, Daniel.
  15. @Dan Munns, yes, we can display the summary in a tooltip (hover over) because there is not much space. @Martyn Houghton, the problem is that this is a generic feature, is taking the details from the title of every page, so that information is not available. Thanks, Daniel.
  16. @samwoo, we are still unable to replicate the problem. Can you try to remove the filter from the column and add it back? Perhaps something in the filter was created wrongly in the system? Basically, if you can remove the filter, save the config, refresh (just in case) and add it again. Thanks, Daniel.
  17. Hi @samwoo, Thanks for clarifying. We'll test more based on the details you provided. I'll let you know when we get some results. Thanks.
  18. Hi @samwoo, I've just tested this and can't reproduce the problem. Can you please check if Activity that appears in the wrong list still has the correct category? Can you also let me know if the List has another filter a part from Category? Thanks, Daniel.
  19. Hi @Lyonel, it has been fixed. Will be in our next Collaboration Core build.
  20. @clampj, no there is no way to suppress the confirmation message, but what we could so in a later stage is to allow UNDO the operation, as the Delete. The we can remove the confirmation because you will have away of roll back the operation. Thanks, Daniel.
  21. Hi @Lyonel, can you please tell me what is the screen resolution you use and what browser you use? Thanks, Daniel.
  22. Thank you @LawesD. It is a known issue and has been fixed. Is an issue in Chrome on Mac only. The fix will be pushed in our next build, probably tomorrow. Regards, Daniel.
  23. Hi @LawesD, I can't see the first image. Could you send it again, please? Regarding the label that is being cut, this is correct. The label has a limitation of one line. I suggest adding more in the description area, that can have multiple lines of text. Thanks, Daniel.
  24. Yes @Martyn Houghton, I think your idea of the hint will be quite useful as it will reduce the size of the labels. Also, the reordering will be definitely required to prioritize the most important outcomes. Daniel.
