  2. Bugged us for a long time @StokoE - especially when you have ordered say 10x of the same asset need to input identical financial/hardware/image details. The import for the users that would do this is too risky and they need a GUI +1

  5. If I can be blunt @Josh Bridgens, if you already know they do it, they must do it often enough to adversely affect their output which can be reported on/scrutinised? I think while the status function is useful for BPMs, it only serves as a digital busy lamp. I would personally like to see activity reports however to show time spent active on certain pages, how many emails sent from HB etc. Objectively then you could drill into these to see where time is being burnt whether effectively or wastefully. Mike.
  6. @Steven Boardman @Gerry could I resurrect this please? The banner would have been a really useful feature to identify staff on furlough (i.e. don't bother trying to repeatedly contact them)!!! Also the presence feature would be useful to identify which requests engineers are looking at - I'm thinking a filter could then leverage this alongside My Requests, All My Services, Active Requests?   7. We have custom images as a default? Historically when you added a new default image, it overwrites ALL images in that asset class, even if images are applied individually to assets. Is that still the case? @Martyn Houghton this website might be helpful if you want to have a go at this manually? Can use your own icon choice and colors: https://icons8.com/icons Mike.
  8. Thanks @Daniel Dekel - usually in the office it's not much of an issue but the widget would definitely be beneficial to assist remote working teams in the present climate. Will leave the status issue with you - not the end of the world but I do wonder from time to time whether I've adjusted my status correctly previously! Mike.
  9. HI @Daniel Dekel as a team we tend to operate with multiple tabs open at once. If the status is changed on one tab, the other tabs require a manual refresh in order to see the change in the top right corner. As for the widget, the team I need this for currently has 5 members (so would like individually listed) but would be good to see availability as a pie chart (split by status) for my wider team if not listed as individuals? This would give a good indication of overall availability. Regards, Mike.
  10. Should the status banner update dynamically? Currently I'm having to actually refresh my browser to update this despite browsing through other service manager pages? Also, is there a widget I can create for my dashboard to show statuses for my staff? Would be very useful given I'm currently managing a remote workforce. Thanks, Mike.

  14. Hi @Steven Boardman these are for ad-hoc (once only) created tasks so would not fall under any of your examples unfortunately. We have the same issue in Hornbill Project Manager and is a great annoyance. I understand the principal but I think as a system admin or system toggle this sounds appropriate? Mike.
  15. I've found that my engineers are able to mark on hold visibility as "owner" which stops me as a manager and system admin reading the reason in the timeline (not visible). Please can this be adjusted? Thanks, Mike.
  16. Hi, we have had on multiple occasions where tasks have been accidentally completed in Service Manager and unable to bring them back. Can this be a system setting toggle or admin level role to be able to "un-complete" them please so large checklists etc do not have to be rebuilt from scratch? Thanks, Mike.
  17. Thanks for this @Steven Boardman - I personally don't think our users will bother with this screen and we're trying to make this as clean and as simple as possible. Could this be put forward as an enhancement request to hide this please? As with FAQs and Known Issues if they do not exist? Regards and thanks, Mike.
  18. Hi all, Few issues with the web app for iOS for us and sorry if this should have been broken down into separate topics! Wiki markup not being obeyed for text boxes. The font looks quite big and hex colours are not being displayed Custom colours for service catalog item icons are not being obeyed When tapping on a request, this opens in Safari and not in the custom web app we've deployed. Further to this, it returns "Page Not Found". When you then return to the web app (also called "Untitled", can this be changed?), the option to select the "Requests" menu is not available I think pressing the back button should just go up a level as with other commercial apps. This app seems to trail back through every request and page you've had open before so makes it hard to get to the homepage. Is the homepage logon screen customisable? I've currently got the Hornbill Service Portal logon page? Other than all that, I think you've done a great job at optimising the app for mobile - very simple and familiar to end users. Mike.
