  1. Apologies, I've misunderstood. This is an update to the core system, not the app (you referred to the app store for the update which threw me). I have updated our instance which works a treat.
  2. Thanks for this Sam. There is a major downside however in that this would apply to all catalogue items in the service which isn't really feasible unless I created workflows and tasks for all? Regards, Mike.
  3. We have a user that has had their name changed (married) on AD however we now have two entries on the Hornbill user list. There doesn't seem to be an option to either merge or edit the accounts? We want to retain the ticket information for this user so ideally don't want to delete the old one.
  4. I can't see this on the App Store sorry? Only 2.3 which was released 21/07/2016?
  5. Hi all, is it possible to force tasks to be completed before closing a request? My analysts seem to be able to close requests without completing outstanding tasks set against that request. Apologies if I've missed something obvious!
  6. I've spoken to Abdi at Hornbill who suggests this is a known issue and a fix is being rolled out imminently.
  7. We have started our "live" system today and since the Hornbill clean-up utility was run, we are unable to view our Request List our iPhones. The guide suggests activating the iPhone within Account Settings however we can't see the Mobile tab as indicated. Further to this, I have attached a screenshot. Does anyone have any pointers on this?
