  1. I know it’s a topic that has come up before, but I'm not sure it was ever resolved, maybe it was with sub status. I'm looking for the email notification when a call comes off hold. I know it was working as I have setup a template for stop the clock some time ago, but I can’t see where to activate it again. Any ideas?
  2. Hi. I don't know if this would be useful for someone else. From our service porfolio, we have several services with automatic email notifications activated, and other services where this is not activated. We have analysts working on requests from different services as well. I think it would be useful to have an icon indicating if the update action will send an email notification, or not, depending on the service/service_type email notification setting, so the analyst can be aware of it. What do you think? Cheers, Alberto
  3. For email integration automation purposes, as well as for normal communication, it would be really useful to be able to override the 'Subject Line' contents when sending an email from the BPM Email Notification nodes. For example when sending notifications to third party systems, we can construct a specific subject line using fixed text and variables which will then trigger automated operations in the target system using its auto repsond rules. Cheers Martyn
  4. Hello All, I hope you guys can help, I'm trying to get notifications to work using the settings within service manager. I selected both for all the notifications and haven't had anything coming through when raising a new ticket, assigning to a team etc. I also made sure the mailbox is selected to our shared mailbox. I know the emails are working when I use the email web client within hornbill. Emails sent from one of my bpm works fine. I am not sure what else I'm missing.
