  1. @James Ainsworth @Steven Boardman I think there is sufficient interest in this feature to develop this especially if can be used to assist with customer disabilities, furlough, and security? Mike.
  2. Thanks @Deen however I want to either: Be able to see on hold messages regardless of the view type set (as I am a System Admin/Helpdesk Manager) Block the "owner" view type being set at all How can I manage a helpdesk if I can't see the information? Regards, Mike.
  3. I attempted to swap over from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 Pro and unfortunately the QR scanner for the camera gave me a black box with horizontal lines running down it (instead of allowing me to see through the camera). After some initial digging, the camera app permission was not enabled but I didn't get a prompt to ask for it either. Not an issue now I've enabled it but thought I'd flag with you. Thanks, Mike.
  4. Hi all, The Employee Portal has been unusually slower today for my test users who have noted they keep seeing the spinning Hornbill loading symbol while navigating between screens? We're running from a virtual environment with a 500Mbps link so doubt our network is at fault here. Will monitor tomorrow but thought I'd raise this. Regards, Mike.
  5. Not for the first time we are seeing changes to the UI of the platform without our prior knowledge. Why do these updates fall outside of controlled updates? Can we at least be notified of impending changes please? Regards, Mike.
  6. We have found when the name of a site changes, or the name of a user changes, this is not updated in Asset Management. For example, if a user changes their name (commonly when married or divorced), their old name resides against the asset and reports. Further to this, we have adjusted the names of our sites which have not propegated e.g. renamed our Byrom Place 7th Floor site to BP7. Regards, Mike.
  7. @Daniel Dekel sorry if I'm sounding like a complete non-technical, but if it can be displayed on one aspect of your platform (i.e. the employee portal widget) I would have thought the same principal could be transferred? Are you saying the employee portal doesn't look at the database but the dashboard does? Regards, Mike.
  8. Hi @Daniel Dekel if you notice, the colours are black and not the navy that we have employed on the desktop version? This colour difference is also apparent on the status widget on the mobile web app. Mike.
  9. @Steven Boardman this is great thanks - I notice this is available now! I guess this topic can now be closed. Thanks, Mike.
  10. @Daniel Dekel the new version (133) now appears to have resolved the majority of these issues. I've got quite used to the back button now so don't think that's so much an issue. Outstanding though the wiki markup on the text box still appears to be an issue in regards to the colours. I do still believe also the text is quite large in the app and does not match the ratio of the desktop site as in the attached pictures? Please can these screenshots be hidden from public view or deleted once noted? Further to this, we have also tested a mass deployment to devices via Microsoft InTune MDM with SSO enabled if you want to take some configuration screenshots for your wiki guides? 11. Thanks @Steven Boardman but would have still preferred this as a system parameter - the option per task is a good alternative I guess
  12. @Steven Boardman has this been considered as an option? Would be really good for furlough staff and I think a lot of customers would find this useful
  13. @Deen this is exactly what is happening as initially indicated but I want to disable this option or have the visibility as a manager to see why a request has been put on hold. Mike.
  14. @Bob Dickinson @Daniel Dekel unless there is a way of lifting the employee portal widget into the dashboard with an auto refresh? The data is obviously there to be pulled. Mike.
  15. @Bob Dickinson @Daniel Dekel logically thinking, could something be developed so that if the online status was detected as: Disconnected - Set a status of "Disconnected" (except if status is "on holiday") Inactive - Set a status of "Inactive" (only if status is currently set as "Available") Available - Would change any of the above two statuses to "Available" and not change any other status Regards, Mike.
  16. Thanks for your help on this @Bob Dickinson, sorry to push on this but I do believe this is going to become more essential (I'm surprised this hasn't cropped up already) as remote management continues to be challenged. Further to this, the employee portal doesn't update the statuses until manually refreshed which isn't great for monitoring unfortunately. This one might be for @Daniel Dekel however? Regards, Mike.
  17. @Bob Dickinson I would very much like this lifting from the employee portal and the same functionality dropping into the wallboard if possible? Regards, Mike.
  18. @Bob Dickinson was hoping for these really but I have a feeling the status field is something completely different in the back end of the system?
  19. @Bob Dickinson that's fixed the labelling issue thanks. It shows all users are available however some of them are on furlough/logged off? Will this just show their status as it was left? I was hoping this might show the status from the busy lamp also i.e. Offline, Idle, Available, On Lunch? Added to that, the second widget is showing me the same data (all Available) and unfortunately some of engineers now marked as archived also? Regards, Mike.
  20. Thanks @Bob Dickinson - mine looks different however and can't see to label each status? Also is there an example of the other widget?
  21. @Bob Dickinson please can you add these to the sandbox environment for me to have a look at? I've replicated your setup and isn't bringing any data through for me and the one for the graph is missing a mandatory field? Thanks, Mike.
  22. @Daniel Dekel this isn't really the location I need this information sorry. I wanted this as a dashboard/wallboard widget? Apologies for the confusion, Mike.
  23. @Steven Boardman any feedback on this one please?
