  1. When adding a new Asset, the sections where their are Mandatory fields should auto expand so that they are visible to the end user, rather than having to expand them manually to locate/check for mandatory fields. Can this be raised as an enhancement. Thanks. Cheers Martyn
  2. When creating a New Contract under Supplier Manager, none of the fields are have the red indicator for the mandatory fields. Also if you try to save the contract there is no indication of which fields are stopping it from saving. It appears you have to complete all fields in order to save the contract. Cheers Martyn
  3. We are currently building Service Manager and configuring our processes. Within Supportworks, we have a mandatory "time spent" field which is prompted to the analyst when logging, updating and resolving a request. This would be a great addition to Service Manager as it will help us to determine how much time/cost is associated with a request, whether it be an incident, problem, change etc. I have only found the "time spent" field within activities in Service Manager - is there a setting that needs to be enabled to prompt for time spent when updating, resolving etc? If not, are there any plans to moving forward? Thanks - any ideas welcome
