Hi @AlexTumberthanks for this. Not sure I understand the concept of a BPM adjustment? I'm not aware Project Manager runs under a BPM? I was under the impression that milestones have an equal weighting and once complete, would adjust the overall project progress? Regards, Mike.

Can someone at Hornbill at least acknowledge this? Quite frustrated that Cloudfare seems to be quite flakey recently?

We're down also!!!

Not Able to Drag and Drop From Outlook
Michael Sharp replied to grahambird80's topic in Service Manager
Works fine for me when dragging emails onto a request using the "Attach" function in Hornbill. I'm not aware you could ever attach items to a comment other than screenshots? Mike.- 9 replies

Hi all, Seem to be getting Cloudfare host errors at various points during the day for live.hornbill.com (402 if I remember rightly). Not sure if anyone else is seeing this? Regards, Mike.

Hi all, In the Hornbill app it would be much better if the menu button was still visible when navigating through requests. Currently if I'm going through my notifications and browsing different requests, I need to keep pressing back in order to get back to the menu (which could be 10-15 times!). Thanks and regards, Mike.

I can't see any tasks in the Hornbill app anymore? This is something I've had access to previously. Thanks, Mike.

The email was received at 15:30 when verified against the web version of Hornbill Service Manager

Hi all, The time presented in Hornbill doesn't appear to match between the main email list view and the email itself. See attached screenshots taken on 16/10/2019 at 15:44 (but I was in Spain so was 16:43 there). Once support has acknowledged the screenshots please can you remove from this post? Thanks and regards, Mike.

Hi all, The Hornbill app appears to give me a vast amount more notification numbers than I actually have within the app. Presumably this should be a direct relation to the amount of notifications in service manager? See screenshots below. Regards and thanks, Mike.

Hi @Steven Boardman any update here please?

Use of Email Date/Time Against Timers
Michael Sharp replied to Michael Sharp's topic in Service Manager
Thanks @Steven Boardman I want to use the email date/time to correctly calculate a response SLA. Regards, Mike. -
CH00156758 - You can now retrieve details of an email via 'Requests > Get Request Information > Source Email Details' Hornbill Automation when the source of a Request is an email Regarding the above update to Service Manager - can we leverage the date/time of the inbound email against response and resolution times? Regards, Mike.

Any update on these suggestions @Steven Boardman?
