  1. To add to this I think it would be helpful to have a couple of sections with fields to help build the budgeting. We track OPEX and CAPEX separately and would be good to be able to do this in supplier manager reports without building this separately. OPEX Billing frequency (drop down): Monthly, quarterly, annual, once Value per transaction: i.e. how much monthly, quarterly, annually, once CAPEX Billing frequency (drop down): Monthly, quarterly, annual, once Value per transaction: i.e. how much monthly, quarterly, annually, once Projected contract spend Actual contract spend Budget SLA (auto-calculate - how much over or under budget) As a bonus, would be good to be able to export this in almost a gant view to see contracts down the left, monthly columns, and values where they are billed. Then perhaps the annual total/budget SLA at the end of each row (so can easily review budget SLAs down the list). Do you do something similar @Stephen.whittle? Regards, Mike.
  2. @AlexTumber I understand and I don't disagree, but would like the flexibility for a parent contract to be a contract held with another supplier Regards and thanks, Mike.
  3. Annoyingly duplicating contracts does not retain custom fields. Please can this be facilitated? Regards and thanks, Mike.
  4. Hi all, Would be good if we had the ability for child/parent contract links to be available between different suppliers. For example, if we hold a Microsoft licencing contract with supplier A, we renew the contract with supplier B, the "parent contract link" would take us back to the contract under supplier A. Regards, Mike.
  5. Hi all, It would be extremely beneficial if we could automatically add email correspondence to contracts in the same way as with Service Manager. For example, being able to copy in a Hornbill shared mailbox and appending the contract number in the subject line would achieve this. This would ensure all related correspondence to the prospective/live/renewed contract is captured. Regards, Mike.
  6. @Steve Giller this would be good for example if you have a "Cyber Security Manager" and that person is replaced, all relevant Cyber Security based contracts are transferred. This functionality I would see working in the same way as when you can reassign owners of documents in Document Manager admin.
  7. I think if assigning assets to contracts without the need for assigning to suppliers, this would negate this requirement/clutter
  8. This is something that irks us also. Would be good if you could assign an asset to a contract and if needs be, this is automatically linked to the overarching supplier record (ideally not and is divorced from this requirement)
  9. Also to be able to review major incidents over a long period of time will be extremely useful for board level uptime reports
  10. @Steve Giller we often refer to the change calendar when a pattern of behaviour has occurred and look to see what the cause may be (for example, may have noticed CPU has increased over the past 2 weeks) and might be related to a remedy of a system issue. Regards, Mike.
  11. Is it possible to add major incidents to the change calendar? The easiest way I can think is to open up the calendar to Problem tickets perhaps or Known Errors? Regards and thanks, Mike.
  12. @Steve Giller figured it out sorry, had to inject the task result into a custom field via a new Hornbill Automation node! Regards, Mike.
  13. Ah ok, thanks @James Ainsworth - super helpful and will have a go tomorrow! Mike.
  14. Seems to only have the option for creating/moving a flat card?
  15. @James Ainsworth I want to link a new request automatically from a board?
  16. Is it possible to link a request to a board lane via BPM and also move this along during the BPM too? The old functionality used to work however creating a new BPM doesn't seem to allow for this? Regards and thanks, Mike.
  17. Hi all, Having difficulty writing a capture task field to a custom field in the request table via a BPM and wondered if I'm doing this right? The task works as expected but the data isn't populating in the back end? Regards, Mike.
  18. Hi @AlexTumber, its when we are creating a new contract with more than 3 characters in the value field and after entering the pound sign as a currency. After clicking save, often the first character of the value is dropped. This isn't apparent when updating an existing value against a contract. Regards, Mike.
  19. Hi all, something really frustrating with the system is that it drops the first digit of any 4 digit value you enter. When it is re-edited, the value is maintained. For example, if you enter 1345 in the value field on first entry, clicking save will leave 345 in the field. If you refresh then re-enter, the whole 1345 is maintained. Please fix! Mike.
  20. @Gerry I've got this back from Mimecast sorry? hornbill.com is categorized as "Authorized Not Compliant", with the reason that we will also need this source to be configured with DKIM. If you are going to have an occasion where emails get automatically forwarded, alignment with SPF will not be achieved, whereas with DKIM it can. Kindly complete that part by requesting the vendor to provide a public DKIM key for your **REDACTED** domain to publish into your DNS. That way, it can be regarded as an Authorized Compliant source when your emails get signed with DKIM. Hoping this means something to you? Given the nature of the query, might be worth taking this to a DM chat? Regards, Mike.
  21. Thanks for the quick response @Gerry, will query this internally and revert if I have any further questions. Regards, Mike.
  22. Hi all, have been asked whether Hornbill is DMARC compliant and wanted to get further information around this? https://www.dmarcanalyzer.com/approach-vendors-dmarc-related-questions/ Regards and thanks, Mike.
  23. Amazing @James Ainsworth - looks to be working great! Thanks so much, Mike.
  24. Thanks @James Ainsworth, if URLs are already configured to be there, will they automatically operate as URLs or do we need to add additional code?
