  1. @Tom Gilbert have the projects been cancelled or actually deleted? If you have the Project Administrator role you can log into the Hornbill Admin Tool and permanently delete cancelled projects from there. This is probably why the system still thinks the tags are attached to at least 1 project. Alex
  2. @Ann-MarieHolloway No problem. Also, if you've already added time against a request by mistake, you don't have to remove the whole time segment. You can just remove the link to the request: Alex
  3. @Ann-MarieHolloway thanks for your post. The ability to allocate time manually is still there. If you open the Right Hand Side panel for timesheet manager while viewing a request, the system will automatically pre populate a link to that request. You can remove it however by clicking the icon to the right of the request number Alex
  4. @Tom Gilbert thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  5. @LouiseE thanks for your post. This functionality is still under development but will be released very shortly. An 'Asset' tab will appear at the top of the contract and will allow you to link assets that have been associated to the parent supplier to the contract. Alex
  6. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. Yes Resource Management is something that we have planned and is very much part of the roadmap for project manager. When there are more details on this I will be able to share them here. Alex
  7. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. We have plans to add the ability to link projects from individual requests in Service Manager. Hopefully we will see this added soon in an update. Alex
  8. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. We have plans to introduce an integration between these two applications and there is some active development ongoing with this. Hopefully we will see it added in an update shortly. Alex
  9. @Dan Munns thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate as it should not be possible to cancel a project if there are outstanding tasks remaining. Alex
  10. @LouiseE ok thanks. I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
  11. @LouiseE thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to take a look at this. Alex
  12. Hi @Nick Brailsford, Yes please feel free to post up comments and ideas to the project manager forum and myself and my colleagues will do our best to answer them as quickly as we can. Regarding external resources; there is a resources tab currently on a project. At the moment this is limited to people (as a resource) but it's always been intended that this will expand at some point. Physical assets, possibly suppliers etc. If you have some requirements and ideas in this area we would be keen to hear them. When creating new tasks, the current thinking and functionality is to only let you relate these new tasks to milestones that are not 100% complete. If you relate a task to a milestone (on task creation) you are in effect saying that this task counts towards the completion of the stated milestone. The system then performs the calculation accordingly when each task that is related to a milestone is completed. So for example, I create a milestone and then I create 4 tasks and state that each of them count towards the milestone. When I complete the first task, the milestone progress is automatically updated to 25% complete. When I complete the second task, the milestone progress is 50% complete etc. Alex

  18. @Nick Brailsford sure. I've just checked and the description field is already a LONGTEXT field in the db so the restriction must be in the UI. I will ask our development team to change this for the next update. Alex
  19. @AndyGilly thanks for your post. This is not something that we have planned currently but I can see the value in having this. I will feed the requirement back to our product team and hopefully we will see it added to Supplier Manager in a future update. Alex
  20. @Nick Brailsford no, they do not appear on the project overview. I can see the value of this though and will pass on this requirement to our product team. Alex
  21. @Nick Brailsford thanks for your post. Only milestones that are not completed and less than 100% should be shown in the drop down menu. If that is not the case then there is a bug our development team will have to investigate. Regarding the changing of milestones and task dependencies - this is by design but will be changing very soon as we look to increase the functionality in this area. Alex
  22. @Martyn Houghton thanks for your post. Yes, bpm operations will be provided by supplier manager to achieve what you are looking for as part of the integration functionality between the two Hornbill applications. Alex
  23. The latest build of Hornbill Supplier Manager (105) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Fix Incorrect icon and colour showing for supplier contract events that were non compliant Missing translation strings Issue with loading supplier contract audit history Supplier Contracts with a description of more than 512 characters were refusing to save/update
  24. @Nikolaj glad to hear that's resolved the issue. I'll ask our development team to see if they can replicate the issue as I suspect it was caused by a problem that occurred when the project task was initially deleted, causing the underlying system task to be left orphaned in the system. Alex
  25. @Nikolaj ok so the underlying system task still exists. This will need to be completed or deleted. In the UI, from the Home icon, select My Activities and locate the task in question. What happens when you try and complete it? Alex
