  1. @Lyonel Just to keep you updated we have noticed an unusually high level of activity on your instance, we are investigating the cause and any potential workarounds for this with priority as soon as we have any more information an update will be posted. Regards Trevor Killick
  2. @Martyn Houghton Regarding changing these settings they will only apply to any future password updates. I will ask Platform and get back to your with a response regarding password expirary. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  3. Hi @chrisnutt Can you ping me over one of your latest LDAP Import Tool Log Files please (trevor.killick[AT]hornbill.com) i need one to tally up with the latest instance log files to try and work out whats going on here. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  4. @Keith So when you changed integration to integrationpassword it doesn't update the in use references to this so you can see i added what should be the correct update text under the first line you had. If you make sure integration is changed to integrationpassword everywhere you specify the password value it should start working. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  5. @Keith Can you export the Workflow and send it over to me trevor[DOT]killick[AT]hornbill[DOT]com Cheers Trevor Killick
  6. @Keith Great that explains whats happening so you have a field in the Request section called integration this is the default value given as the place where the integration results are returned to, every time you add a new integration node it effectively overwrites this. One way to fix your issue is rename integration in your HTTP Call Integration node something like integrationHTTP and then the password field should be written to the timeline. Hopefully this is the cause of what you are seeing. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  7. @Keith Can you post a screen grab of your Integration Node configuration like this please: You can use it in an email template but you will need to store it in the request somewhere like a custom value first then use that custom value in your email template and then set the custom value back to empty after the email node. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  8. @Everton1878 This is has now been fixed and had made its way to Live along with some additional export formats. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  9. @Rachel Crisp Do you have a network proxy? That message typically comes when a network proxy blocks all traffic not going via the proxy. Information on using the Clean utility with a network Proxy can be found here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Hornbill_Clean_Utility#HTTP_Proxies Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  10. @Rachel Crisp It sounds like you download the source and not the release of Hornbill Cleaner, the download link here: https://github.com/hornbill/goHornbillCleaner/releases/download/1.0.5/goHornbillCleaner_v1_0_5.zip contains the configuration file and the .exe to run. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  11. @Keith Not a problem if there is anything else we can do / change please do let us know. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  12. @Keith I have pushed this change out you should see this now if not give it a couple of minutes. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  13. @Keith So i spent some time looking at the different password requirements for various tools as have made some changes so that you select a length then optionaly must contain one of the following (Number, Special Character, Upper Case Character). Does this look like it would cater for your requirements? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  14. @Keith Are you talking about the iBridge method for generating a password? Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  20. @DeadMeatGF I just tried this creating a new HTTP Basic Auth and it is working. We have made a few changes to how KeyStore works over the last few weeks when did you create the test keys? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  21. @samwoo Ok so effectively you want to create a new user or asset from the output of PowerShell something like a CSV import. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  22. @samwoo Sorry little confused by your request without a connection to SCCM or AD how where would the source of the Asset Data come from when the Asset Import is run? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  23. @Lyonel Log files are kept on each instance for up to 24 hours and are automatically archived at Midnight UTC which is the log file line you see. Currently we do not have a mechanism to expose archived log files to our customers, they are kept as part of our Backups so they are not lost. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
