Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  10. All Latest update from our Network Team: We have identified the problem as a large routing issue to the data centre which holds your instance. We are working with our data centre to resolve the issue and will provide updates every 30 minutes until resolve. We are currently seeing a recovery of network traffic to our Data Centre so it looks like its now recovering. Again we apologies for the inconvenience. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  11. Please use the following thread: https://forums.hornbill.com/topic/11426-hornbill-service-manager-not-working/

  13. @William Weiszbrod So right now you are licensed for 10 named users on Service Manager, during your initial switch on you were given a licence for 45 but on subscribing to hornbill this has been dropped to 10. This means you can only have 10 Active user accounts assigned rights to the Server Manager Application the other 35 will have been marked as archived or suspended. Typically we would only see 10 of 10 in this message but as you have 45 licences in the Switch On and could import 45 users the system allowed you before dropping down to 10. Hopefully this makes sesnse Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  14. @chrisnutt We have made the change to the Admin account you should now be able to login. We will remove the ability to change the type for the user account 'admin' in the future. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  15. @chrisnutt Can you confirm the user in question was the user id 'admin' ? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  16. @Martyn Houghton Have you taken a look a Email Template Variable Modifiers? https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Email_Templates You can add |empty inside the {{ }} variable markup and this will remove the variable if it does not have a value, removing the requirement to use ESP Conditions and these modifiers will work in the subject of the email. Like this: {.h_variable}} {{.h_variable|empty}} Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  17. @Claire Holtham The Uninstall actions is non destructive, so no user data is lost and reinstalling again take seconds none of your configuration would be lost if this were to accidentally happen. Only users of the Admin Role or users that have been assigned the System rights for Managing Applications can perform this action. We also have the following dialog to prevent accidental clicks you then have to click Yes to actually remove the application. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  18. @Martyn Houghton This is the API you wan't https://eurapi.hornbill.com/INSTANCE/xmlmc/data/?op=listAddItem Kind Regards Trevor killick
  19. @carlt @nasimg A new feature has been added to email templates called modifiers which is available from Server Build > 2817 and can be seen documented on our wiki here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Email_Templates#Variables You can add |html to the variable in the email template and it will output HTML and not text. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  20. @samwoo Just to explain what it looks like is happening by default the workers is set to 10 but it looks like your instance was under fairly decent load at this time so responses to API calls were slow anything longer than 30 seconds would timeout in the Import which is what the error is suggesting was happening, bringing that down to 1 makes everything much slower but reduces the load on the Instance. When this is scheduled you can play around with increasing the workers back to 2 or 3 as this should be fine when the instance is under minimal load, you were testing the import pretty much at peak hours for where we see load i.e between 8am and lunch time. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  21. @samwoo Can you change -workers 2 to -workers=1 it will take a little longer but runs effectively single threaded. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Kind Regards Trevor Killick
