  6. @Martyn Houghton At the moment this is not currently possible, there are planned changes to the way logging works as a whole although i cannot give a realistic time frame for this changes. I do believe the changes will remove the ability to download the log file as the logs will no longer be stored in a file, with this in mind can i ask what information you are trying to get from the logs as a file?   11. @lee mcdermott Thanks, we will take a look and see if there is anything we can do to improve the layout of reports like this, however as we move to PDF outputs for reports A4 Portrait, the number of columns in the output of a report are going to cause layout issues like this. I will look and see if there is anything we can do to Improve the output in this specific case. In the mean time do you have an older copy of this report from say more than 1 month ago, we recently changed the output formatting and i wanted to check if it displayed better with the previous layout.   15. @Darren Rose While looking through the logs we noticed that at 2017-11-01 12:24:05Z the process which runs the reports lost its connection to the database and failed to recover from this resulting in failed report runs, this is a known issue that can effect different services a fix has been provided by Development to prevent this from occurring again and we are doing everything we can to expedite this fix to live as soon as we can. Hi @chrisnutt We are working on some exciting new features around Reporting and using variables such as startoflastmonth within reports is included, i can't confirm when they are going to be available but as soon as i have some news i will update this thread, i can at least confirm this is in our 90 day window of future changes.   22. @AndyColeman At the moment the next build is going to be a week or two away at the least. If this is something critical you must have working correctly we can look at providing a patch on a case by case basis to resolve these report output issues you have. Again apologies for this. Hi @AndyColeman So recently there was a platform change to reporting to update the charting library and overall look at feel of the outputs ready for some significant changes we are currently looking at providing over the coming weeks / months. Unfortunately this change had some unexpected consequences and introduced a number of defects namely the limit on group by samples the group by sample order and a number of other issues we are working on providing fixes for. The issues mentioned by yourself in this thread have been fixed and we are looking at improving our process around changes in this area to prevent these issues from reoccurring with any future changes. The fixes will be provided in the next automatic platform build when it rolls out. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
