  3. Thanks @Steve Giller I end up having to wait for the search twice, once when you click on Failed / Cancelled and again when I select Failed from the options. More annoyingly if I go into a failed BP and then go back I have to start again as it brings up both types again.
  4. Would it be possible to change the option so that there are separate areas for Failed and Cancelled, rather than having them showing as one ? I know I can go in after the search is complete and select Failed but it is the failed ones that I usually need to see and don't really care about the cancelled! Helen

Hi We have noticed that when going into any of our routing rules we get an error message The specified method is not available: mailadmin::routingRuleGetFlowCodeOperationList Do seem to be able to make changes to them but the error comes up on each rule we go to If I click on the Operation drop down no options show. On our test instance the full list shows thanks Helen

  12. ++1 again hoping to give this a nudge. We are having some trouble with reports and the "Last Run" and "Scheduled" fields would be really useful Helen
  13. We are finding today that we are getting errors running established reports either where you select a date to run between or from. (attached) If I go to look at the filter it doesn't let me open the filter tab, not greyed out just doesn't do anything when clicked This is happening for a selection of reports but not all. In the last few days the scheduling has stopped for our reports, daily ones last run on Thursday last week. I have logged with support but are there any known issues with reporting thanks Helen

  15. Hi Trevor Thanks for coming back to me. The check box is unchecked and all the users have Board Manager User role which includes the add to board permission and the boards are both shared with their team The users show normally on the original board but not the new one. I've had to add them manually for a demo but it would be good if I could get it to work or display properly so that the picture displays as in the first screen shot. I have Autotasks and custom buttons set up to set the priority and add it to the correct lane in the board On the original board it shows as On the new one shows as no owner unless I drag the picture from the top to the card I haven't used board manager much but did wonder if it is possible to have different colours for each lane? The second one is for a priority board and I wanted to show High in red and low in green, but not sure if it is possible. thanks Helen
