  1. Hello, i was wondering if you are able to get the mail log for 10/08/2020 as we had 2 emails as per below come in and ended up in the deleted folder without being viewed. This is most likely due to a user, i would just like to find out which but can only see today's logs as previous days are archived. Thank you.
  2. I just run the process of bulk loading in 784 contact records which from my data matching are all new contacts. Running the same data and configuration dry run mode reports 784 processed. Running it again non dry run mode to process the contacts, it reports 777 records updated non skipped. Given that the contacts did not exist in the database before hand and now do with my API Key name user as the creator etc, why is the log reporting them as Updated rather than created. Also it does not seem to be reporting properly what happened to 7 other records either. Is there a problem with the logging logic on the importer? Cheers Martyn
  3. Hi, does anyone know if any of the log files include useful information when trying to determine why a bpm might be erroring. I appreciate if I post the error here people will likely help determine the issue, but am interested generally if any of the logging might be useful for this.
