  1. @m.vandun Do mean mean that you only have this with one single request (SR00011050)? The rest of the requests are OK? Daniel.
  2. Hi @Darren Rose, The scheduler works with specific months and days, but you can still select the months you are interested, for example: Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct. That would be every three months. That way it is flexible for every case, it can be used for every quarter, every half or every two months. Thanks, Daniel.
  3. No worries! happy to help ;-) That's an interesting suggestion "size:large". Do you sometimes need to find an email that is large? What is it for? or is it for clearing up some space?
  4. Yes @Dave Read, You got it right. Just for you to know, there are already a few options for restricted search. for example: "org:MyOrganisation", "site:SomeSite", "org:MyOrganisation james", "type:coworker james" and now also "tel:123" This will be in the 2nd platform update. Look for the release notes, but it will probably not be this week. Thanks, Daniel.
  5. Hello @Dave Read, We can add an option to look for telephone and mobile in Co-Workers and in Contacts but it can not be part of the global search. You will have to be specific about the type of search. The way it will work if you want to search base don phone number is: "tel:+44123456" or "tel:1234" You can also use the keyword "phone" - "phone:1234" This way is much faster to search rather than trying to do it for every single column in the database. Will that be OK with? Thanks, Daniel.
  6. Hi @dwalby, I've placed a change for adding a view that can be reached by a link from anywhere in the system. So basically when you see the site name you will be able to click on it and you will be taken to the site details in the same Collaboration Core. The only thing is that this can take some time to be developed because of other priorities but I'll keep you informed. Daniel.
  7. @Martyn Houghton There is one field called "h_social_network_e" and is storing the protocol (in this case "sip" ) and the value (the Skype Username) separated by colon. Example: sip:myuser I'm not sure if you could add the "sip:" as a prefix to the LDAP value, then it would be possible. Daniel.
  8. Hi @Martyn Houghton, We now have support for Skype for Business. You can set this in your profile. Enjoy ;-) Daniel
  9. Hi @m.vandun, I am still unable to replicate this problem but without luck. I wonder if you still have this issue and if you have a clue on how to replicate? Do you use the Timesheet Manager in any other place? doe sit happen also there? Thank you, Daniel
  10. @TSheward_SGW, The problem is now fixed. You will need to refresh your page (F5) to get the new changes. Thank you, Daniel.
  11. @TSheward_SGW, I can now see the problem. I can also replicate the issue. I'll raise an urgent defect for this to be fixed ASAP. Will probably have it tomorrow working if the solution is simple. Sorry for this, Thank you, Daniel.
  12. Hi @TSheward_SGW, An administrator can manage the Activities Categories. Can you check if someone changes something in that area please? Thank you, Daniel
  13. Hi @Dan Munns, There is no option at the moment to move the items and I'm not sure the UI is prepared to hold such a big amount of checks. It was never intended to be that big. I'll check what we can do in that area, but it can take some time to for that change. I'll keep you updated. Thanks, Daniel.
  14. Hi @Martyn Houghton, Sorry for the delay. What you are saying makes sense but I'm not sure how easy it will be to implement. The platform team is assessing this and once I have an answer I'll come back to you. Thanks, Daniel.
  15. OK, thank you @Paul Trenter, I will log a defect for the Document Manager but I'm afraid it won't be ready until after the holidays. Thank you, Daniel.
  16. @Paul Trenter, the icon only appears when you hover over the actual collection you want to edit (or delete). I'm saying that because in your screenshot your mouse is over the "Collections" option and not in the sub-option.
  17. @m.vandun, can you please tell me what build of Timesheet Manager you are using? You can check that in the About Screen. Thanks, Daniel
  18. Hi @Paul Trenter, You can hover over the Collection Name and edit it. In the edit popup you will see the Delete button on the bottom left . Hope this helps, Daniel.
  19. @m.vandun, thanks for the video. Still can't replicate. I'll need to do some investigation. Thanks, Daniel
  20. @m.vandun, I still can't replicate, even when I fill the timer rather than the Time Spent field. Can you replicate this every time or it was a one time off? I'll keep on trying. Daniel.
  21. @m.vandun, I am still unable to replicate this. I've shared a video showing how I try to replicate. Let me know if I'm missing something. The two Activities are created by the BPM. Thanks, Daniel. 11873-time-double-logged-1.mp4
  22. @m.vandun, can you please describe in more details how to replicate this? You open one particular request in Service Manager and it has multiple Activities? Is that the case? What do you do then? Thanks, Daniel.
  23. @m.vandun, perhaps is using the auto calculate? Does the activity has a Start and End date? Could be related to this feature described in this forum post: Kind regards, Daniel.
