  1. Is it possible to create bulletins via a BPM? This would be great to allow the creation of these as we are looking to use the the Service Status functionality to mark services as impacted etc, however if there is a system that is down etc and as part of this we would like the opportunity to create a bulletin to display on the Employee Portal. Maybe we could have our own stock imagery for maintenance/failures etc to link for images and then the text is pulled from a custom field etc, also when the maintenance is over or the system is fixed via the BPM we can then remove or retire the bulletin....

Hi, Does anyone know the best way to publish a Bulletin that will be seen by ALL our external contacts when they log into the Customer Portal as we have an issue regarding 'reopening tickets' which is affecting multiple contacts, irrespective of Service & Organisation? Only way I can think of at the moment is to maybe replace the Home Page Main Image Text/Section Title....

I need to create a new role which allows a user access to create new bulletins and change the service availability for all of our services, but not have the access to edit anything else in the Service Portfolio area. I'm not sure which options to select when creating a new role however. Can anyone help please? Thanks Andy Hodkinson
  4. It would be useful to have the ability to have the option to set a publish from date/time and an expiry date/time for a Bulletin, so that content has an element of self-management. For example, advertising Christmas Opening hours, our planned downtime etc. Cheers Martyn
  5. Hi all, Is there anyway we can have some functionality for changing fonts (typeface, size, bold etc) within the bulletins on the portal? Some of the images make the standard font difficult to read and then I have to dig around trying to find an image that works with the bulletin and the font. Also if we could have the ability to drag the uploaded image around to get the best layout that would be awesome as well. Thanks Dan
  6. It would be useful to have the ability to determine the scope of Bulletins on your services, very much like the options you have for the catalog items where can determine if they show on the Portal, Service Desk or Both, i.e. Customer Portal, Service Portal or Both. Cheers Martyn
