Hi, Would it be possible to extend just a little bit the custom button options? All I would like is to have the service name and catalogue item name available in the "Variables" (see below). The reason is quite simple: All our documentation is stored on our SharePoint and we use metadata to associate each document to a Service (same as in Hornbill) and sometimes we also map documents to a specific catalogue item.
