  1. Hi @Joyce have you any other assessment defined with the 3 options for hrs ? Have you done any other operation before creating the new assessment, like deleting or updating an old one? I run a test, created a new assessment, added to the BPM then logged a ticket, and all is working as expected. I'm unable to replicate the issue, so any extra info would be helpful to understand what happened. The possible answers are stored in the table : h_sm_assessment_answers so the extra answers should be stored there and need to be deleted. Not sure how they ended up there, I need to try to replicate Regards, Armando
  2. Hi @Joyce was this an assessment already done? If the options < 1hr, 1-3 hr and 3hrs + were among the possible answers at the time the assessment was done, they will still appear in the assessment, to show which answers were given at that time. If you reassess, then you should see only the new options, not the old ones Regards Armando
  3. Hi @HHH its better using Flowcodes -> Catalog Item and set the title of the catalog item. The Catalog Item ID is stored in the database and more difficult to retrieve. Regards Armando
  4. Hi @DeadMeatGF I will check with the relevant people if this can be added and get back to you. Regards Armando
  5. Hi @DeadMeatGF this issue has been investigated now, and currently its not possible to start a text with empty space or new line. Regards Armando
  6. Hi @DeadMeatGF we are currently investigating this issue. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Regards Armando
  7. Hi @J_Tamburrini yes it makes sense. We do not have a specific role that let the user to just view the assets without the possibility to create new ones. I will raise with issue with the relevant people to see if there is any change scheduled to refine the rights on the assets. Regards Armando
  8. Great. Feel free to post any issue which may come overnight. Regards Armando
  9. Hi @J_Tamburrini if you start form the list of roles, you may create a copy of it. If you open the new role , youwill be then able to add or remove the rights according to what you need. Regards Armando
  10. Hi @Dan Munns I could replicate the issue. I will report it to the relevant team to be fixed Regards Armando
  11. In order to update the assets you need: 1. in h_cmdb_assets : update h_class and h_type 2. in h_cmdb_asset_computer you need to add h_pk_asset_id (the same ID as the asset), h_name (the name of the asset as in h_cmdb_asset), h_type. Not sure if the cleanup tool will remove the entries in h_cmdb_assets_mobile_device, as the type and the asset he refers to will be still there.
  12. Hi @DeadMeatGF can you provide some more details on how you are appending a multi-line text? I would like to replicate your steps in order to investigate the issue. Regards Armando
  13. Hi @DeadMeatGF if you update the database tables with queries, the changes will not be added to the history, which will stay as it is. After you have run your queries to amend the asset type, further changes to the assets done through the UI will be appended to the old history. Armando
  14. Hi @DeadMeatGF when an asset is created, there are 2 tables that get: populated h_cmdb_assets and h_cmdb_asset_<CLASS>. To rectify the assets entered under the incorrect type would require deleting the records from h_cmdb_asset_mobile_device, add the appropriate records to h_cmdb_asset_computer, and then update h_cmdb_assets to update the class, the type id and the foreign key to h_cmdb_asset_computer. In theory its possible, but its a bit risky and easy to make mistakes. If the assets have been added through an import tool, it would be easier to delete them and add back in with the correct type? Thanks Armando
  15. Hi @yelyah.nodrog, @m.vandun at the moment the timers can only be started and stopped manually. I will check with the relevant people if there is any change scheduled to modify or enhance this functionality. Regards Armando
  16. Hi @DC-BEN, no problem. Yes, the queries are run from Database Direct; hope your colleague can help. Regards Armando
  17. Hi @DC-BEN, one way of identifying duplicates would be running a query as described in this thread This way you will have the IDS of the duplicated Assets Hope this helps Armando
  18. Hi @dwalby yes, this is by design. If 'Model' and 'Serial Number' are additional properties, for example only for 'Computer Peripheral' assets, then they do not appear in the list for "All Assets"; you need to select the class "Computer Peripheral". Every asset class may have a different set of additional properties, so in the view "All Assets" would be impractical to display all the additional properties for all the asset classes, most of them would be empty if the property does not relate to the class of the particular asset. As @NadeemMazhar suggest, you can use either the global search, or the quick filter in the asset list page as long as you select the relevant asset class. Regards, Armando
  19. Hi @Joyce the 'Linked Requests' info are stored in the table h_sm_relationship_entities Regards Armando
  20. Hi @dwalby currently the CSV import does not cater for image uploading. I will check with the relevant people if this feature can be added to the CSV import Thank you Armando
  21. Hi @alecwa we have a change in the backlog to introduce a Release Type for Release Requests. The change will be available in one of the next versions of Service Manager. Regards Armando
  22. Hi @alecwa the Change Type form was originally added only for Change Requests, not other type of requests. I will check if there is any change scheduled for adding this form for other request types and get back to you Regards Armando
  23. Hi @lee mcdermott, yes it makes sense. There is a right that your analyst should have. I'll check and get back to you Armando
