  3. Good morning @Martyn Houghton the version as 'Variable' requires the Version ID (as read from the table h_itsm_product_versions) instead of the name. Or you can change the version to 'Manual' and select 11.1 from the list. Regards Armando

  5. Hi @Will Darley you should see the button; there is no app-setting to be enabled. I'll mention this issue for investigation. Thank you for reporting this.
  6. @Will Darley with the last build it was released an enhancement to display the button even if the request is already assigned, except if the assign functionality is locked or disabled. Can you please check if you're not in one of these cases for your request ? Regards Armando

About the chart title, we are unable to replicate the issue; any change in the title is reflected in the preview as well as in My Dashboards view.   11. Good afternoon @JAquino may I ask for more details about the issue you are experiencing with the attachments ? If I understand well, you're using the functionality 'Raise Request' from an email. Can you give more details about 'certain attachments' ? Does the issue occurs only with some of them ? Which type of attachments they are ? Do they have special characters in their name or they are big size ? Are the attachments linked to the email and they are not carried over the request that has been logged or they are attachments that you add manually via progressive capture and they are not attached to the request ? If you can provide details, ideally replication steps, that would be very helpful so we can investigate and address the issue. Thank you Armando

To my understanding, you have a service subscribed by an external customer which is not visible to your analyst in the Employee Portal when he try to log a request on behalf of the external customer ?   20. Good morning @Adrian Simpkins to my understanding you have 2 questions, one with 2 answers (Yes/No) and the other one with 6 answers (Bad/Ok/Good/Great/...) The images 2 and 4 are corrects, as the user only sees the relevant answers for that question. In the image 1 you should only see Yes/No, and the in the image 3 you should only see Bad/Ok/.... instead of all anwers for all questions. This issue has been fixed and it will be available in the next build. Regards Armando

  23. Hi @CraigP can I please have more details about where in the process the duplicate is created ? A screenshot of the relevant nodes or a simplified process that we can use as an example might help us replicating the issue. From what I can see, the nodes that link an asset to a request are 'Requests->Assets->Create ... Asset' (in which case the system create a new asset and link to the requests) and 'Requests->Assets->Add ... Asset', but none of these operations should create duplicates, and we cannot replicate the issue you mention. Regards Armando
