Hi, Is there a way to clear child items from a dynamic form if the parent item is changed? At the moment if I select an option and a child and then change the parent, the original child stays as well as the new one. This is an issue as all the items are mandatory but the old child item is now redundant. Thanks

Hi all, Is there anyway we can have the 'undefined' text removed when a PC question isn't answered. As we now have dynamic PC forms, when using the variable picker to update call summary / description any unanswered questions show as undefined. As the user may not have been presented the question in the first place (yet I still have to put the variable in the description incase they have) I have to add a lot of unnecessary lines to the description field as shown below: Which displays on the ticket as: All the SUBSYSTEM lines are lines from dynamic questions o

Hi all, When logging an incident ticket from the service desk they are still getting the below: I believed that I had turned this off by switching the setting app.itsm.progressiveCapture.requestDetails.quickRequestsPin to off but apparently this isnt for that. Can someone tell me the setting to remove this quick requests beta please? Thanks

Hi, Is there any way we can have some better ordering on the Custom PC variable within BPMs? At the moment they are sorted in the order they were created (and I can see why), however when going back and making modifications to older forms it makes it a nightmare to find the custom PC you are looking for. I was thinking maybe sort in alphabetical order with a sub section at the top or bottom for the last 5 newly created PCs

Hi all, Since I did the update yesterday two of our PC forms fail to complete. I have since done the other update today with no change. Can someone have a look at this ASAP please as the two PCs in question are for new starters and role changes (the PCs are almost identical) The worked fine up to yesterday and I have made no changes to them. I have a few line managers needed to log new starter requests so time (as always) is against me. @Victor do you still have credentials to access our instance?

Hello, I would like to request the ability to be able to define groups in the Progressive Capture and Business Process Management area. A bit like the "Views" in the "Request List" I would like to be able to define groups based on my criteria, and to have the ability to share it to other administration users. Samuel
