  1. We are attempting to do some date matching and need to export all our records from h_sys_contact as we provide external customer support. We are hitting the limit of 20,000 records as we have 28,890 current records which is growing daily. Is there a setting to control the record limit or is this hard coded? Cheers Martyn
  2. I am wondering if anyone exports any parts of a request as JSON files? If so how are you achieving this?
  3. Is there a way to set up Hornbill to automatically export service request data to a location external of Hornbill in the form of a csv file? If so, please could you advise how this could be done
  4. @James Ainsworth Would it be possible to add and export option in the Customer and Service Portal for a user to export the list contents of either their requests or their organisation requests. Initially it would just need to be the currently displayed colums into CSV or Excel format? Cheers Martyn
  5. Hi In the Requests List view there's an icon which allows you to export the list of requests to a .csv file. Is there a way of doing the same thing with the Assets view? Thanks, Trish
  6. Hi @AlexTumber I will apologise now as I am going to raise a few requests here off the back of our PM implementation project. I havent looked into them too much and I am just trusting that the Projects team have checked it out first off before asking for it on the workspace. Time will tell if that was a good idea I guess.... Thanks Dan
  7. I'm after a way of exporting all the categories and sub categories of a service, is this possible? Thanks Chris
  8. If I export the request list into excel the times jump back an hour In the example below the request list says 16.10 and in excel 15.10 MHC 20/08/2018 15:10 this seems to be the same for all date fields but doesn't happen with tickets logged prior to the change to BST. I was sure I had seen something about it before on the forums but couldn't find it today, so if I've missed it sorry. Thanks Helen
  9. Hi all (and a Happy New Year), When exporting the calls from the request list view via 'Export list' the resulting .csv fails to show the status 'New'. All other status names show fine. This happens when exporting the list from a default or custom view. Any chance we could have this looked at please? Thanks Dan
  10. In the Admin tool under Monitor>Log Files, would it be possible for the filters selected at the top of the screen to be applied to the log download option, i.e. so it is possible to say to export just the security and critical ones? Also, would it be possible to have the option to expand the whole log file when you have filters applied in the UI, rather than having to repeatedly click on load more? Cheers Martyn
  11. Hello Is it possible to increase the export limit past 600 lines when using the export on the Request list Regards Gareth Forum Admin Edit: The functionality was provided in one of the earlier ESP Platform builds. This thread is now locked.
