  1. We have created some forms where we are using Service Manager to gather information via the portal then handing these 'forms' off to another application. Our Governance team has expressed a wish for these request to be cleansed e.g. the form questions to be deleted or the request to be removed from view with the option of deleting the request. Is there a way of doing this via a BPM as we would prefer to do this automatically rather than relying on a manual process.
  2. I believe this may have already been raised before, but could not locate a post, apologies if a duplicate. Can the ability to add descriptive (Description) text to the standard 'Request Details' form fields be added. We are not able to use the custom forms using the h_summary and h_description fields as these do not pre-populate when logging requests from email or linked requests. Cheers Martyn

In lines with my previous post of being able to add customer descriptions to the standard Request Details node in progressive capture, it would also be useful to be able to apply validation using same Regex options as you can do on custom forms. From our point of view we are wanting to restrict certain characters and also the length of the summary field, as we use this value in operations latter which include appending other references/values.   4. At the moment when you make changes to any field in the 'Details' section of the request form a timeline entry is created, but simply states ' Request details updated ' with no further details. Would it be possible to include details of which fields where updated, as there is no indication which and what number of fields where updated. Cheers Martyn

Is there a setting to control the default visibility of the time line entries when updating the request details section which include custom fields as well as the standard summary and descriptions? At the moment it defaults to being customer visible, which I can see would be applicable when changes are made to the summary or description, but the time line entry gets triggered when you change any field in the 'Details' section.   6. Should be a simple request I hope. When we print off a call we do not get the Asset Data tab. I have checked their is asset details on the call.
