Related to my earlier post about being able to 'Raise Request from Workspace Comment' can the feature also be extended to include the in line image associated with the Post or Comment used to raise the request as an attachment automatically on the requests progressive capture flow.   3. Following the application of Collaboration build 1033, which included a fix for the Hornbill Today background image, our image is not longer displaying properly, where a it was before. Image is only showing as a brief line between the global header and the top of the Favourites. Can this be looked at please. Cheers Martyn
  4. Hi, I am a newly appointed administrator for Hornbill at Basildon, Mid Essex and Southend hospitals, and have my first enquiry ! We are doing some testing using the mobile application with one of our engineers today, and it appears there was some degradation in the quality of the image uploaded from his handset so i wanted to check if possible please : Is there compression on all images during upload? Whats the typical size of an image and 30 second video once uploaded What housekeeping functionality do we have IE auto archive bases on chronological order Any advice would be greatly appreciated.   5. With GDPR looming, we would like to restrict the ability of our external customers to upload an image in their profile. Is there a setting we can enable to disable this? Similarly we would want to display but disable the update of it profile image on the Service Portal, as this is populated by the LDAP Import Tool from AD. Cheers Martyn
  6. Is there a way to shrink the size of the home page image on the Service/Customer Portal or to remove it once the user has logged in? Since going live a month ago the feedback we have had from our customers is that they have to scroll down to see their service icons due to the amount of screen taken up by the home image.   7. Hi, When creating a new bulletin for a service, it is quite difficult to size properly the image so that the content looks good. Many (if not all) of my colleagues are complaining about this and therefore do not post bulletins. It is not a good excuse I would agree but at the same I cannot blame them. In my opinion (and as discussed with some developers yesterday at the Hornbill Insight 2017 event) a very simple solution to this problem would be: 1. Post an official recommendation on your Wiki or Blog about how to size perfectly an image for bulletins (that would also take into consideration coding of the carousel and how it behaves on resize!) 2. Add a small label on the screen when creating a new bulletin with the recommended size and URL to the recommendation: This should be super quick to do and help us (and many other customers I would think) make the most of bulletins. Also I am pretty sure this has been mentioned a few times on this forum...
  8. Hello, I have entered a https url for an image stored on one of our externally facing web servers. I am able to navigate to the URL from my browser (internally and externally) no problem at all. The image is the recommended size and type as detailed on the wiki and it is, as mentioned, https. I have confirmed that the security settings on the image/server will not cause any permission issues and cannot figure out why the image is not displaying. It does not error, it simply isn't there... Do you have any idea what may be causing this? Many thanks, Melissa
