  1. Hornbill receives emails with images in the body and displays the image in the incoming mail window fine, but when we go to forward that email, it doesn't handle displaying this image, leaving a blank square where the image should show (as attached) The image in the email is .png
  2. Us too. Thanks. May the force be with you
  3. Same for us at LB Waltham Forest
  4. @Victor Big thank you sir . I enjoyed your 09:07 update a great deal. It was a most amusing tale and I think I understand better now. However, I think I shall bow out now and let you and @Foley Coker continue dialogue on this matter. I'm off to write some songs instead. Maybe a book as well. I wonder how jolly Joris Bhonson is getting on these days? Sigh...
  5. @Victor I'm sorry, I'm getting confused with the Update Request option. You are right, this is just the same as before, but showing references underneath now. The rest of the explanation I will leave to cleverer people to understand. I think I may have confused this with another issue. Sorry about that. I'll try to get more details and, most likely, start a new thread so as not to muddle it with this discussion. Wibble!
  6. @Victor OK, I get the bit about this being an update to the design of the node rather than it being a fault. Sorry, I don't understand your explanation at all. Can we have it in 'before and after' pictures please? Or is there a video that demonstrates this new thing, what it does and what we need to do to our existing Hornbill Automation Nodes in terms of updating them? The last point is the priority. We want to update our Automation Nodes (such as the one shown in our screenshot), but we don't know what to do to enable this.
  7. We think this issue started after we updated to Service Manager 1667 on 10th September. When we go into our Business Processes to any Hornbill Automation node set up to do Requests > Get Request Information > (any option chosen), the Output Params / Context Reference section is not editable. See attached example on the BPM Data Proection Data Breach v3.0 If another Requests 'type' is chosen (e.g. Update Request) normal update options are available. Please advise what the issue is and how it can be resolved.
  8. @Victor I don't know what changed, but I can access it now. Thanks
  9. @Victor Thanks for bringing it back. Still can't access Status site
  10. @Victor Status page won't load. Please could you update here?
  11. Hi I'm using the Group Picker set to filter by Departments in a ProCap I've built. When the customer selects the department they want, the request form shows both the name and the code of the department selected (see screenshot). Please can design be changed so that the code does not show for customers. Thank you
  12. Thanks @Miro This was when using the Data Query feature, Data Provider 'Get All Sites'
  13. @Steven Boardman Right, managed to set that up. Definitely would like to have the ability to populate full user details including custom attribute fields. Thanks for your help
  14. @Steven Boardman Sorry, error occurs even when I remove that field completely. I'll have a tinker and let you know
  15. @Steven Boardman I just tried to set up one of the session variables in a label field in my custom form and it threw an error when I tried to save it. Please see attached screenshots of label set up and error. What am I doing wrong please? And is there guidance somewhere on the WIKI about this?
  16. @Steven Boardman I'm building a form to for customers to use to update their details on our active directory. We've already done the proof of concept for this and now need to tart up the form so its a better user experience. The details I mention are provisioned into Hornbill via LDAP so I want to put the existing details shown in the customers Hornbill user account into the customer request form so they can check what is there currently and choose what they need to update. Thanks for the session variables. Are there any more please? I need a full list of all available in respect of user accounts. Kind regards Stuart
  17. Please see attached. When the site name has been selected, it shows the site ID in the form review section on the right instead of the site name. Can this be corrected please?
  18. At Insights19 I saw a progressive capture form that included a greeting to the customer using their name. This was a nice touch, but I'd like to push it a bit further. I want to build a form that shows the following customer details on the form when they log the request: Telephone number Mobile Number Site Manager Organisations they belong to Other fields like Custom Attributes? Is any of this possible please?
  19. @David Hall@Steven Boardman Top marks for fast response!!! And thanks for the info. We will await next release.
  20. Since we updated Service Manager from 1515 to 1554 on 16/07/2019, dashboard charts are showing segments all as one colour - blue, rather than different colours. At least two managers have reported this issue so far. See attached example.
  21. @Deen We just found another case where the username does NOT have an apostrophe, so this is not the issue after all. When going into the user accounts of both affected users, it throws an error. I have raised it with Support. Thanks
  22. Hi Service Manager (1223) included the fix Users with an apostrophe in their user ID were unable to view Services the Portals {PM00151143} We just had an instance where we could not Change Customer on a request to a user with an apostrophe in their username. I could change customer to other users no problem. Is this a known issue and will it be fixed please? Kind regards Stuart T-C
