One of our teams who we are looking to migrate over from 'Desk', have asked if there can be an option to colour code the whole timeline post based on its visibility, so it is clearer which are visible to the customer and which are internal, rather than just the colour of the visibility value. Example below from 'Desk' where white posts are customer visible and the yellow background ones are internal. Cheers Martyn

Since we updated Service Manager from 1515 to 1554 on 16/07/2019, dashboard charts are showing segments all as one colour - blue, rather than different colours. At least two managers have reported this issue so far. See attached example.

We are just refreshing the branding and customisation on our portals to come inline with an updated corporate guidelines. We have noticed that even though we have updated the settings as per the wiki page (https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Customising_Self_Service) when you open a Service Manager request, the colours setting which work up to that point in the portal are not honoured. As always a screenshot show it better. Initial screen with service catalog being displayed - primary text colour #212492 is correctly used. Entering a specific request it seems to go back to Hornbill defaults. Are there some additional setting or is this a bug? Cheers Martyn

Following on from the recent colour coding of priorities, see post below, can the same capability by added to the Service Level Management - Service Level's, as we the latter for managing our requests rather than the original priorities. This would apply in both the Request List and Request View. The idea being that in the for each Service Level within a SLA you can assign a colour as you can in with the original priorities. Also has many of us have more than three Service Levels within our SLA's can we the number of colours be extended to at least 6 for both implementations? Cheers Martyn

Hi all, A quick question regarding the ability to change the text colour in a Widget based on the aggregate value. I have just tried setting this and was surprised to see that the only thing that changes colour was the title of the individual counter list item and not the value itself. Is this intentional or is this a bug?

Hello all, I was wondering where I could change the colours marked with red arrows in the image below. As you can see I found the other ones, just not these ones! Thanks, Alex
