  1. Hi @Berto2002, I can see the problem. This is in the "mcatalog" client, correct? I'll raise a defect for this and will let you know when is solved. Regards, Daniel.
  2. Hi @will.good, In our 2nd next release, when logged in as a Basic User, clicking on the main logo will take you to the home view as in a normal user. Sorry for the delay and hope this will improve the experience. Thank you for your feedback, Daniel
  3. Hi @QEHNick, We've added a "show more" link to the bottom of the list. I think that will make it more clear that there are more items to see. Will be shipped in our next build of Core-UI. Thanks for your suggestion, Daniel.
  4. Thank you @QEHNick. Yes, as you mentioned, something needed to be changed. Have a nice day. Daniel
  5. Hi @Tina.Lapere, Thanks @Paul Alexanderfor your suggestion. I wanted to add that old links to the service portal will still be maintained for some time when you choose to disable then service portal. It will simply redirect the old links to the Employee Portal. Still, I suggest you change the link in the email template because at one point the link redirects will stop working. Thanks, Daniel.
  6. Hi @QEHNick, Yes, there was an update You can see the updated areas as: UI Framework - Added loading status This is because some for the customers that have slow machines the loading can take some time and it was important to let them know what stage is that. That's why almost at the end it says "almost done..." . Regarding "It's also noticeably slower to open." - If is the first time you open the new build it might take a bit longer to load until the browser caches all the files, then the next time it will be much faster (until the next update). Hope it makes sense and thanks for your feedback. Regards, Daniel.
  7. Hi @samwoo, You are right, normal WiKi doesn't support this kind of syntax so it didn't work in our own wiki documentation site . I've changed it to visualize a similar output. But in Hornbill it does work. Thanks, Daniel.
  8. Hi @Salma Sarwar, Is not possible to change the title (or name) of a link item. We also don't have plans to allow such customization. If is really important for you I will suggest to use the Text Widget. That is a free text paragraph that accepts wiki mark-up, so you can add different headings, links and images. here's our complete wiki documentation: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Wiki_Markup Regards, Daniel
  9. Hi @samwoo, I've just updated our WiKi document with the properties you can use here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Wiki_Markup#Blockquote Hope it helps, Thank you, Daniel.
  10. I've just checked with our cloud team and some instances took longer to get updated. Can you please check now? If you still have an issue please let me know. Thank you
  11. We've just updated all instances with the fix. Please refresh your browser to get the corrected build of the core app. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. Regards, Daniel.
  12. Hi all, We found an issue with the deployment of the core application this morning. We are now working on a solution and will deploy is ASAP. Will keep you updated once it's done. Daniel
  13. Hi @chriscorcoranplease follow the post Thank you, Daniel
  14. Hi All, We are checking the issue. Will give you an update as soon as we have some. Regards, Daniel
  15. Hi @Isaac Ojo, I'm afraid is not possible. You can only add to the favourites things that apear in the menu items. What you can do is add the service to the Bookmarks - At the right hand side. Just stand in the service you want and press on the "Bookmark current page" button. Regards, Daniel
  16. Hi @Met, I can see an issue when you hover over the active page number. In that case it uses the same background colour. But other than that I can't recreate the issue. Can you let us know what browser and what operating system you use? Also, can you please send us a screenshot of the colour configuration of either the widget (if you overwrite the colours) or/and the domain's body configuration to see what colour combination you use? That way we perhaps will be able to recreate the issue. Thank you, Daniel.
  17. Hi @Met, That was a defect that was solved. I think it's gone to Live in our latest build (this morning). Can you please refresh your browser (F5) and see it it was solved? Thanks, Daniel.
  18. Hi @Salma Sarwar, Letting you know that the issue was fixed and will be delivered in our next build of Core-UI. Kind regards, Daniel.
  19. You are welcome @Stefania Tarantino. Let them know that we support Firefox with the latest version in the Release Channel. You can find more here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started Kind regards, Daniel.
  20. Hi @Stefania Tarantino, The issue is that the Firefox version is very old. Is from June 2020 and that build apparently is missing some important features for Hornbill. The latest version of Firefox is 106.0, I suggest you turn ON the auto update to always have the latest security patches and features of Firefox. Regards, Daniel.
  21. Hi @Stefania Tarantino, Is not normal. But in order to understand where the problem is, can you please give me some more details? 1. What version of Firefox do you use? 2. What operating system and what version? 3. Are you using a theme that is not the light one (dark or high contrast)? Thank you, Daniel.
  22. Hi @Jeremy, I was able to find the issue. The problem was in widgets that had a link in the title. I've resolved now the problem and will be shipped with our next build. Thanks for reporting, Daniel.
  23. Hi @samwoo, I had a meeting with the team and we all reached to the same conclusion. The feature you are requesting not only is not a part of the wiki standards, but is also a very specific request that we believe it will not be beneficial to any of the other customers. So I'm sorry but I'll have to say no to this feature request. Hope you understand, Regards, Daniel.
  24. Hi @Adrian Simpkins, Thanks for your report. It makes sense that on NEXT it will scroll up to show you the first field. We'll make that change. Regards, Daniel.
  25. Hi @Adrian Simpkins, You've just posted in the Employee Portal forum. I'm not sure about what client are you talking about because you mentioned also external customers (contacts). Is the the Employee Portal or the Customer Portal you are talking about? Also, are you talking about the Progressive Capture or some area? Regards, Daniel.
