  1. Hi @samwoo Thanks for the suggestion, this is certainly something that is doable, I will add a story to the Boardmanager roadmap to get this feature implemented Thanks Trevor
  2. @Adrian Simpkins I think this issue isn't related the the new UI, I think it is a bug in Board manager to do with that search term 'add a' which I can also replicate in the old UI. Will raise a defect for it for Boardmanager Thanks Trevor
  3. This will be fixed in the next Service Manager release
  4. Hi all, Thanks for all the feedback, we still have a number of improvements for the preview which will be released in the next few days and will go through all the issues that you've found and see what improvements can be made. The next release should see a number of improvements to the email section, we also hope to have the Raise request/Apply to request features for the email page available soon as well. Thanks Trevor
  5. Hi, Currently, any query params in the URL (the portion after the question mark) are not retained when logging in which is causing this problem, this has been fixed in a forthcoming release of the core-ui which should be available in the next week. Sorry for the inconvenience Thanks Trevor
  6. Hi, By default if the card is set up correctly it will automatically sync the user on the board with the request, a couple of thing you can check if that is not happening: Firstly check in the BPM operation that the Add node that's creating the card has the Originating Application set to Service Manager and the key set to the request Id, this is necessary for the linking process to work correctly Secondly, check that the automatic syncing hasn't been disabled - this can be done from the board page by opening the Board Config popup from the dropdown menu in the top right and ensuring the Disable syncing data from different Applications option is not ticked. Thanks Trevor
  7. @Martyn Houghton Could I ask which browser you see that in Thanks Trevor
  8. Hi, This issue was effecting scrollbars in darkmode in general and it should have been improved in a recent release of core-ui? Thanks Trevor
  9. The key and the card Id are different, the key should be the request ID. The card Id you need will be returned by the Add Card operation, or you can use the Get Card Information operation which will return the Card Id if you supply the key (request Id) and Board
  10. The key param of the addCard BPM should be set to the full request Id, it doesn't expect it to be an integer so not sure where that error will be coming from
  11. Hi Thanks for raising these suggestions, tag grouping is something that might prove quite a challenge to add, one of the advantages of tags atm is how simple they are to use and adding grouping could make this more complex. However it is possible we can look at adding searching for tags and expanding the tag colour palette or allowing for user defined colours and look at the ordeing we have. I guess if you have a lot of tags defined a search maybe a better way of selecting them as the current tag UI in boards is more suited to a smaller tag amount I will raise change stories for these Thanks Trevor
  12. Hi, Thanks for raising. Will check these, I don't think we've considered the custom buttons changing depending on the lane so will need to ensure this is updating in realtime, will also check that the card content updates in realtime when triggered by an autotask as this should be working Thanks Trevor
  13. Hi, are you trying to update servicemanager request cards? By default the content of these cards is automatically synced from the servicemanager request data so that it will reflect changes made on the request, you can either update the request or disable the data syncing, this can be done in the board config popup by clicking gon "Disable syncing data from different Applications" Thanks Trevor
  14. We have found the problem with opening the popup and will include a fix for it in the next core UI release Thanks Trevor
  15. Hi, Thanks for raising this, I can see an issue here, it probably should allow you to set the review template when uploading the document as it lets you set the review date. I will look at getting this fixed Thanks Trevor
  16. Hi, Documentation describing how to attach documents to the service is available here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Service_Details#Documents It is necessary to have the documents you want to attach in a library and to have that library shared with the portal as described on the wiki Thanks Trevor
  17. Unfortunately, we don't have any settings that manage this, as far as I'm aware. In general, the handle will be used where a shorter more concise name would be better, i.e. on lists, or streams or where a lot of data is being presented. The full name is preferred where there is more room to show more detail
  18. Hi, you can only directly share documents with full users, in order for basic users to be able to see them they must be in a library that that basic user has access too, although you can create a separate library and share it only with the basic user you specify in order to restrict the document just to those users Thanks Trevor
  19. Hi, The latest update of live chat has added a new table h_lc_session_log which records the number of active sessions, a new example measure has also been added for Advanced Analytics subscribers called Current sessions exceeds limit. This will use this new table to give you a measure in seconds that the number of active sessions exceeds a certain number (by default is 2 but you can change this by altering the number in the Query where clause field). You should be able to adapt this measure to show you when the session limit is at this maximum by setting the query clause to h_active = 8 if you have a max chat of 8. Hope this allows you to capture the information you are after Thanks Trevor
  20. As Steve mentions this isn't something that is available in livechat, we don't have any plans to introduce it at this time but will raise it as something to consider for the future
  21. Hi, Unfortunately livechat is only available once a user/customer has logged in and requires an hornbill account to access. Thanks Trevor
  22. We do have a plan in boardmanager to allow for reordering of lanes but this hasn't currently been scheduled for development so will not be available in the near future
  23. Hi @Jeremy We have found a bug that could lead to this behaviour, there is a problem when updating the board configuration if all allowed types are selected, we will roll out a fix for this in the next few days - a potential workaround in the meantime is to deselect any of the Allowed Types in the Board Config popup as the issue only occurs if every type is selected. Thanks Trevor
  24. Hi, This feature is available in the latest release of Live Chat which should be upgraded tonight. You can configure this on the Live chat configuration page under the Configure Popup tab by checking the option, Show confirmation message on the popup before initiating chat, and editing the Confirmation Question
