  1. unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate this issue and the only things that would prevent this board from being displayed there if they can be seen in the main board view are what has already been checked, the accepted types, and that you have "can add" permissions. The only thing I can think to suggest is if another board was created does that show here?

Hi @Nikolaj I'm not sure this is related to the opening post, the first problem will be because someone interacting with the request doesn't have the Board BPM Access Role, you'll need to add that role to everyone who can interact with it. I'm not sure about your other post as its not in Boardmanager but Service Manager but it looks like the the BPM you're using is deprecated. Thanks Trevor
  3. Hi, Looking into this, I can see there seems to be a problem when moving cards down in the same lane the ordering does not seem to saved correctly. Will raise a defect for this to get this issue fixed. We currently don't have any options to automatically sort lanes, I've added a change for this to our roadmap however we're unable to commit to a timeframe for implementation at this time Thanks Trevor

  6. Maybe something on the board is causing it, have already reduced the spacing at the bottom of the board which will be in next release so can see if that helps

  8. Hi, Is the user able to see the Board in their boardlist view, and can they add cards directly to the board from the board view? You could also check the allowed types of the board in the board configuration to make sure it allows the type of request you're trying to add Thanks Trevor
  9. A couple of things to check, if you open the config board popup from the menu in the right top corner of the board view and make sure all of the allowed types are checked. Also make sure the disable data syncing checkbox is unticked as that could be causing the users not to be synced with the board. Another possibility is that the user adding the request will need the Add to Board permission, you can check which users have this in the Share Board Popup. The only other thing that could prevent the board from showing in that list is if the request was already added to the board (this would happen even if the card had been archived on the board).   11. Hi, The display in the chat session will be localised to your current timezone as set by your browser/OS, whereas the report will be displaying the UTC time (Greenwich Mean Time). I imagine the discrepancy your seeing is due to daylight saving time Thanks Trevor

  13. Hi, Unfortunately this isn't currently possible as this intergration with ServiceManager isn't available. We have a plan to add the ability to trigger autotasks when a card is moved into a lane this would allow you to build an autotask which could perform and actions you required on a lane trigger, this story is currently on our roadmap but is not planned for the next 90 day window yet Thanks Trevor

  17. hi, we don't have any notion of agent availability in livechat, when a new call comes in any agent in the defined group can pick up the chat by going to chat page and accepting it. If an agent isn't available they just don't accept the chat, you cannot makr yourself available although you can turn off the new chat popups from the livechat session page if you don't want to be disturdbed Thanks Trevor
  18. Hi Adrian, Have identified an issue where a lane may not show if you have a waste lane on your board and have a fix for this which will be available in the next release of Boardmanager which should be released soon Sorry for the problem Thanks Trevor
  19. Hi, All the lanes should be displayed here there is no limit. The only exception is if the lane is set to be a Waste bin lane, can you check the Lane config to make sure this hasn't been set accidentally Thanks Trevor
  20. Hi, the notification setting should stop the notifications from appearing in your notification panel in the top right corner, however you will still see the posts in your Newsfeed. To stop this, if you are not the owner of the document you can Unfollow it, this can be done on the document details page by clicking the Unfollow button on the timeline. Unfortunately if you are the owner you won't have the option to unfollow as owners receive the updates automatically
  21. Hi, We don't have such a role currently. The most limited role to provide access to document manager documents is the Docmanager Portal, this only allows viewing documents but still provides access to view the document list and any libraries if they are shared with that user, I will look at whether we could provide a role to just allow directly opening documents via links without giving access to any other part of the docmanager interface and update here when it maybe available.   22. Hi all, In the latest release of livechat you will now see [NEW] in the title of any chats that have received further messages since you last view therm. You can also now receive desktop notifications and/or in app toast popups indicating when new messages have been received in chats you are participating in if you are not currently viewing that chat. The desktop notifications can be configured on the notification tab of the My Personal Settings page, accessible by click the cog at the bottom left of the screen, the toast popup can be configured on the Chat Session page by clicking on the bell icon. https://community.hornbill.com/profile/12683-harry-hornbill/ Thanks Trevor
