  1. That's a good idea actually +1 or having it highlight red in the request list, with the ability to set a view based on the colour of the row in the request list
  2. Hello, Just wondering if this idea to quote from the timeline has made it higher or closer to the 90 day window? At the moment when responding to a customer who sent an email / updated the timeline of a ticket, I do what @Victor does, which is put their comment in quotes then following my response after, would be nice to be able to do this in a more automated way. Thanks, Samuel
  3. Hello, This is following on from my posts on this thread: I thought it best to separate my requests from the one above as it is not fully related, and plus I can set up a poll on here. As I mentioned in the thread above: Could we have it so that connections can see the tickets they are connected to, via the Portal? (This was mentioned in Steven's post) Can we add connections via the Portal (again this was mentioned in Steven's post) In addition to number 2 above, can we have it so we can use the "Add Connections" node via the Progressive Capture (when it comes) multiple times in the Progressive Capture for different Connection Types? As an example of where this is require on our instance - we have a word document Change Request form that I want to be able to convert into a Progressive Capture. On here we have questions for "Testers Name(s)" and "Implementer Name(s)". Having the ability to add these people via the connection for both types will reduce the need to add them into the Custom Fields. Thanks, Samuel
  4. Hi @SJEaton, On the left of that field there is a Mathematics symbol (Σ) - click on this, and choose the relevant node and drill down to your question answers you want to pick from. Hope this helps? Thanks, Samuel
  5. Pllleeeassee add me as an interested party to this change! Cheers!
  6. Hi @Daniel Dekel, Many thans for looking into the fix. "You will also have soon an option to dismiss all the notifications you see for that particular team." Does this mean the user will be able to choose which to see and which not to see? Or as an overall setting? Thanks, Samuel
  7. Hello We have a team set up with a longish name and it's caused the button to be pushed down next to the "Someday" actvities button. May I propose scrolling text or a fixed width so the text will overflow (without a scrollbar) bearing in mind that the number of activies can be huge. Thanks, Samuel
  8. Fantastic! I envisioned being able to include the status of the service within the email that goes out to customers who log calls against it. Many thanks, Samuel
  9. Brilliant @Gerry thanks for uploading those. I was just wondering if you could remind us what the pricing would be with regards to using iBridge? Many thanks, Samuel
  10. Hello, I would like to request the "Apply Email to Request" from within the Email section to also try and match any External References for all calls? Some external suppliers cannot hold our internal reference number (Hornbill) in their response emails so we have to rely on their own request reference numbers. But the auto finding of tickets where the external reference matches a something in the body or subject of the email doesn't work. In this case I had to go hunting for the request in order to find the request reference to apply the email to. Can this be extended to the Email Routing rules as well? Thanks, Samuel
  11. Hello, Bringing up an old topic. Has anyone looked at the requests on here? Also I have a problem with the Bulletins again... In Google Chrome, my bulletins looks like this: The same bulletin in Internet Explorer 11 looks like this: Can someone look into this? We all use Internet Explorer 11 and we have major works happening this weekend for Monday and was not expecting the Bulletins to look like this :(. At least the main issue is highlighted, and includes a URL for the user to click on. Thanks, Samuel
  12. Hello, I would just like to say everyone at Hormbill, thank you so much for organising the event. It was absolutely fantastic and to leave being "inspired", i will do something with the knowledge and insights you provided us. Very excited to see what we can do with the new features It was good to meet some fellow Hornbill users as well. Lets continue "Collaborating" on the forums to make Hornbill even better! Many thanks! Samuel
  13. +1 we would benefit from this too Could this be extended to the ability to add an entire organization/team/group/department to the connections etc? as well as being able to email them from the BPM? Rather than just emailing individual "Basic" users as @Dan Munns requires (though we do have a requirement for this somewhere), we would need to be able to email a group of "Basic" Super Users for certain Application related Services, for example when something goes wrong and we need to Bulk inform them. Thanks, Samuel
  14. I am having the exact same problem with a process. It appears where there is a decision node, some of the condition nodes are locked to x:0 y:0: Just wanted to say that there has never been a group node in this stage of the process
  15. One thing I tend to do in this case is change the zoom levels of the browser so it's tiny then move stuff above, then revert the back to 100% Does this work? Thanks, Samuel
  16. Thanks @James Ainsworth, Looking forward to when this happens Cheers, Samuel
  17. Hello, I would like to request a feature where we can see who is currently viewing a request. If someone is viewing a request, their name / profile picture will appear in a list / grid region above or below the members section of a ticket. If someone leaves and other people are viewing the request, it will update dynamically and remove the person from the list / grid. If someone is the owner of the ticket, make it obvious in the list (such as making putting "owner" somewhere and/or making the name and/or border bold with a different colour etc. Same goes for members and connections. This can be extended to be visible in the self service portal. This feature is toggleable in the settings This could be extended to other areas of the system, such as Asset Management This could be tied down to roles - for example having it so that only managers of a team assigned to a request can see who is currently viewing the ticket etc. Thanks, Samuel Wood
  18. Hi Trevor, That is one way it could be used to populate the .conf file after looping through a CSV file and running the import tool each time, so in a way yes that is correct. New Starters will always be allocated existing assets so the process would need to update the Hornbill Asset rather than create a new one. I did try connecting to Hornbill's RESTFUL API using Powershell, but had no luck (i might have been doing it wrong) - our Integrations Officer is currently busy on other projects so hence the reason for this request to see if there could be another solution. Thanks, Samuel
  19. Hi @Trevor Killick, Powershell will pull this information using the Configuration Manager module, then populate the fields in the .conf file which the tool would import / update into Hornbill. Our infrastructure are investigating running this tool to update Hornbill daily, but there is a use where via the Powershell Script, a New Starter is created, uploaded into Hornbill straight away - if there is any assets we can give them at that point in time we can automatically update the existing asset in Hornbill to hold the value of the new owner. I was only thinking of these tools being used for a single use, whilst keeping the overnight ones running as we do already. Sorry if i'm not making any sense, very hot Thanks, Samuel edit: To clarify that the user will type the asset number into the Powershell prompt, the Configuration Manager module will allow me to do checks to ensure that it's a valid Asset etc. Before populating the .conf file with the name and any other details. edit 2: The powershell modules will automagically connect to the Active Directory or Asset database. I have already used Powershell to auto-create the Exchange mailbox for a new starter, but prior to this the user still has to be entered directly into AD. So i thought (in this case) why not include the whole process of creating the user in AD, creating the mailbox, upload the user into Hornbill, and assign any assets if available. All in a single process.
  20. Hello, I am looking to integrate as part of the new Starter Process to allow users to run a Powershell script with the Active Directory module to create / copy new users in Active Directory, which within the process will also run LDAP_Import. I've seen a post on the forum where we can populate the conf file based on what's returned from the Active Directory Module. I would like to be able to do the same thing with Asset_Import using the Configuration Manager module in Powershell. The problem is that both tools require a connection to either Active Directory or SCCM, when I was just hoping to be able to connect to the Hornbill instance and use Powershell to populate the .conf which will then run the relevant tool. Is it possible to have a "Light" variant of these tools, which doesn't require a connection to either Active Directory or SCCM? (As I will be using Powershell for this purpose) Thanks, Samuel ps. I cannot create a poll for some reason
  21. @Joyce, If you are using Google Chrome, you can download the Fireshot extension - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/take-webpage-screenshots/mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg?hl=en (or any other extension that allows you to take a screenshot of a full website. This takes a screenshot of the entire webpage, and allows you to save it to a pdf. Hope this gives you another possible solution? Thanks, Samuel
  22. @Victor and @alextumber, Fantastic guys thank you very much. Will keep an eye out for this in the next release. Cheers guys! [Insert GIPHY here] Samuel
