  1. There are two field with the same name of Service Category on the Service Details page. One under Configuration and the other under Employee Portal. The Get Request Information > Service Details node returns a 'Service Category' field but which one? I am presuming its the one under Configuration but can this be confirmed. Cheers Martyn
  2. Can we request an enhancement to have some additional service parameters made available in the Progressive Capture Field Flag Conditions, namely. Service Category Service Domain Default Mailbox At the moment we have to do a large number of OR conditions on the individual service id within the Service Category. Cheers Martyn
  3. Can we request an enhancement to the Get Request Information > Service Details - Node to include the Default Mailbox field. This is so we can branch in generic workflows based on the services mailbox specified for the parent service. Cheers Martyn
  4. Related to my post regarding 'Suspend and Wait Feedback' (link at the bottom of this post), can the Get Request Details -> Service Details be extend to allow the return of the 'Feedback Expiry' value in addition to the current 'Feedback Enabled' flag. Cheers Martyn

  6. Is there currently a way to modify values listed in the Services Details - Category Level, as at the moment the current default values are not that applicable to our environment and would like to use our own values. Cheers Martyn
