  1. Thanks @Daniel Dekel, Is it ok to ask for an ETA on the next Portal build? Just an approximate timescale for the Service Desk to be aware of. No worries about the colour for the time being, but as an outcome of your response, can this be raised as an enhancement request please Many thanks, Samuel
  2. Hello, When users log a ticket via the Self Service portal, the mandatory fields are not clear until they press next. Can I request this to be added in a matter of urgency? I swear there used to be a red bar on the left hand side of the field to indicate this... and I remember users not finding that clear enough to determine whether the field is mandatory or not. Users are attempting to fill out the forms and not knowing what fields they need to populate causing them frustration when pressing next, and we have been getting more complaints about it. Ideally if we could have the fields to be highlighted in a colour of our choice if Mandatory, that would be great. (such as a "Mint" green colour, "Sunshower Yellow" colour or even a nice "Celeste" blue colour) Thanks, Samuel
  3. No, but i've recently gotten Horizon Zero Dawn and love it (i'm a bit behind times i know). What is God of War like?
  4. Hey @NeilWJ - I can see the screenshots now, thanks! Looks good too, am looking forward to putting this to use as will save a lot of time.
  5. Hi @TrevorKillick, It's currently set to "Single Level". Here are some screenshots to show what I mean: PowerShell: Active Directory Export: Hornbill Log: Hornbill Data Import Configuration: I can also confirm that the batch file is using the correct config name: Thanks, Samuel
  6. Hi @TrevorKillick the info you provided has been helpful thanks. Just a quick one, I am trying to import from an OU, single level. Doing a count in this OU using PowerShell returns 45 accounts. Exporting from AD into Excel is also showing 45 accounts... but the log file for the LDAP_Import says this: Shouldn't this be saying "45" accounts?: I have doubled checked the OU path in PowerShell, Hornbill and the location I am looking at in AD and it is the same. Maybe I am misunderstanding the message about how many Accounts of Processed? Thanks, Samuel
  7. @NeilWJ - Your screenshots have disappeared into Oblivion :'(
  8. +1 from us aswell! Another idea is to be able to raise a request related to their assets.
  9. Hello, I wold like to request for there to be more information on the Wiki regarding LDAP 3.0 As of current the Wiki isn't fully up to date with regards to the new feature so am struggling to find answers. In the meantime can someone answer the following for me: 1. In the LDAP Server tab - what does the "Types only" box do? 2. In the User Account tab, what do we put in for the Time Zone and Date Formats and the other similar fields? 3. In the User Options tab what is the "Member Of" field in the Organisations region and how does this differ from the "Value" field? Many thanks, Samuel
  10. @Victor, Please raise this as an enhancement request. By looking at the Wiki Markup codes, i can see how it would be possible, though tricky to implement the conversion, in the long run would make work a lot easier than having to go into the emails each time to view the table, then back to the request to update it etc. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Tables Many thanks, Samuel
  11. Hi Daniel, That is correct yes though still allow the options to show all sites regardless of the Organisation if necessary. Thanks, Sameul
  12. Hello, Can I request for there to be an option to choose a site from within a Custom Form? Our use case is for New Starters and Movers, Managers will have to select from a predefined list of sites as part of answering questions about the user. Can we have the ability to also choose the list based on the Company the site belongs to as well or have it show all the sites if not specified. Thanks, Samuel
  13. @Victor, That would be great if you can do this - thanks! So here is my request: 1. Pull in the "Currently Operating User"* details into the variables and allow these variables to be selected in the Email Templates 2. Pull in the "Current Operating User"* details into the variables and allow these variables to be selected in the Email Snippets 3. Look for the first person in the To: box and use this information in the variables (obviously this would only work if the person in the To: box is populated before the snippet is generated) And plus the ideas that others may have had regarding this. I knew this was an idea from long ago so i would like to bump this up as high as I can(t?) Thanks, Samuel *Currently Operating User - the person who is sending the emails
  14. - Thanks for the response... I would like to request for this feature - might this be possible?
  15. Hello, I must be missing something... i'm sure this has been raised before but cannot find any posts about it Either i'm going bonkers or it doesn't exist... but how do I stamp the current name or the user who is sending the email? This would need to pull into the Email Template as well as the Email Snippets when emailing from a Request. Whilst I am at it, is there a way for the variables to look at the current users in the "To:" box and pre-populate with the first name of the first person in that box using a variable? This also needs to happen within the email templates as well as the snippets. Thanks, Samuel
  16. Oh yes and another thing, can this information be added to the Wiki as well?
  17. Hi @Daniel Dekel, I've been using the blockquotes quite a lot, it really makes the information more readable. However it doesn't seem to cater for gaps between paragaphs / sentences... see below: becomes On another note, I wondered if blockquotes in emails could be looked at as well as it shows the text as it is inputted, and not the text as it's formatted. Many tanks, Samuel
  18. Agreed we are having the same issue not being able to upload an image against the user profile in the admin tool. The button is there but clicking it does nothing in chrome and ie11.
  19. Thanks @James Ainsworth will be sure to try it out soon
  20. In relation to the original idea in the first post, maybe this could work in conjunction with.... But outside of the BPM
  21. Thanks @Steven Boardman! My colleagues in particular will be very happy with this feature.
  22. Hello, The amount of times a user has admittedly forgotten to put a call on hold-on after sending an email or updating a request to await the customer's response has had a huge affect on SLA causing investigations into why these tickets have gone beyond their resolution times. This is admittedly human error across the whole department, but if we can have a tick-box to help this would minimise this issue. I would like to request for there to be a tick-box in the "Email" action against a request. If ticked, once the email is sent, the call is put on-hold. The tick box should be appropriately titled "Awaiting response from Customer". There should be an additional option under the "Sub-Status" area's in the Admin Tool and Service Manager to cater for this setting. We could set a "Global Sub-Status" to auto-set when the tick-box against the "Email" action is ticked, which will put the call on hold for say... 5 working days (or whatever is set up in the configuration). This should be configurable at the Service (or even Catalog) level and override the "Global Sub-Status" on-hold timer. It could even be worth attaching this to the SLA or Service Level as well. Thanks, Samuel
