Hi All, Switched from an iPhone where I get notifications each time an e-mail comes in, I update a call and so on but the Samsung doesn't alert me? Device is registered, notifications turned on. Is this an known issue?

Hi All, I am doing some testing our Hornbill Service Manager and looking to introduce questions to be sent to our clients once we have closed off their calls. These questions are created on our service type, switch them on but when I leave the screen, go back they are switched off again. Am I missing something? Thanks
