  1. @Darren Rose I'm trying to replicate this issue but I can't. Can you please tell me what Operating system do you use and what browser? Thanks, Daniel.
  2. Hi @Darren Rose, We'll investigate this issue. Thanks, Daniel.
  3. @AlexOnTheHill, Unfortunately we can't allow injecting HTML (the IFRAME) because that will be quite insecure. But we can add an option to specify a minimum height and that will allow the frame to be displayed when the right conditions are met. For example in the last or first row (your case). Regards, Daniel.
  4. Hi @AlexOnTheHill, Can you explain what do you mean with "I also notice the widget uses a url rather than an iframe link which could offer a bit more dimension control" ? Also the image you've sent looks broken Thanks, Daniel
  5. Hi @AlexOnTheHill, We can look at the height. Can you please tell me where are you using the External Frame Widget? As the first widget or in the middle row? (see my screenshot) I'm asking because the first frame uses a different height than the rest of the rows. Also, I'm very sorry to say it teh 2nd time... and it feels embarrassing but we had an issue with our latest build and we had to revert again because it was impacting many customers. So you probably saw the IFrame for a short time, but it was removed again. We are working on a new build with a fix. Regards, Daniel.
  6. @nasimg, perhaps is taking time for you to receive the new files. Is already working for some customers. Can you try again? If is not, perhaps your browser is caching?
  7. Hello all, I can confirm that the issue has been fixed now. It should all work as it was. Regards, Daniel.
  8. Hi, I believe this is the same issue reported here Regards, Daniel.
  9. @Michael Sharp, yes, that's quite a lot of notifications... Hope is because of holidays and not too much work ;-) The full view will probably help on organizing the notifications including the dismissed ones. Regards, Daniel.
  10. Hi @Michael Sharp, We have in our backlog a story to create an additional full view for notifications and I believe we can also allow sorting options. The current popup is very small and has limited space. Also, if you have many notifications you will never see these because they will always be at the end. We still have no time frame for this change. Hope this is what you needed. Regards, Daniel.
  11. Hi @Joyce, I can confirm this was a defect and it has been solved. It will be available in the next Collaboration Application build. The problem is that the group probably had Basic Users and Workspaces don't accept users of type Basic. The fix will ignore those users. Regards, Daniel.
  12. Hi @Alberto M, I can confirm that's a bug. A different domain should open in a new tab and all local addresses either relative (coworkers/) or absolute (https://live.hornbill.com/INSTANCE/coworkers/) should open in the same tab. It will be in the 2nd next build. Regards, Daniel.
  13. Hi @Daniel, It depends on the placement of the widget and the user's monitor's size because is a percentage of the screen. The biggest one (on the top) is 400 x 300 pixels. As you can see in the screenshot, it will scale and crop the image depending on the format. Hope this helps, Daniel.
  14. Hi @Alberto M, It does it automatically. If the link is external it will open in a new tab, if is internal it will do it in the same. Regards, Daniel.
  15. Hi @AlexOnTheHill, Some customer had issues with the new build so we had to roll back and investigate the issue. Once is sorted we'll bring it back. You should see it as a new release in the same community group. Regards, Daniel.
  16. Hi @Alberto M, There isn't such option. Do you mind describing why would you not add the contents of the General domain in the Home page? Or why not using the Home page for landing? Thanks, Daniel.
  17. Hi @Daniel, Is defined in the Service Manager area: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Service_Bulletins Regards, Daniel
  18. Hi @AlexOnTheHill, The best way to trace changes is to follow the Announcements community group ( https://community.hornbill.com/forum/135-announcements/ ). If you register your email address it will send you an email each time an application is updated. I expect the build to go Live this Thursday, but again, as we are still testing that build any issue we find can delay that further. This build is exceptional because of many backend changes, that's why is taking time for us to test everything. My apologies for that. Regards, Daniel.
  19. Hi @Alberto M, I understand. As is not possible, I can have a chat with the product owners to see if we want to support such functionality. Still, if is approved, I don't think it will be done soon and I think you need this now. So not sure it will benefit you in a few months. Am I right?
  20. Hi @Alberto M, It's not possible to hide domains for one type of user and not for the other. The visibility of the domains is defined in the Admin tool and is based on either public to all or Service Subscriptions. I'm interested to understand why you wish to hide the domains from Basic Users? Regards, Daniel.
  21. Hi @Martyn Houghton, Is done but our build is taking longer than the usual because of other changes. But will be in the next one. Hopefully next week. Thanks, Daniel.
  22. Hi @Kelvin, We are trying to investigate your issue. Meanwhile, could you confirm you are using the default language (English GB)? Thanks, Daniel.
  23. @Kelvin that will change it for your entire company (instance) in the language you are changing it. So everyone in your organisation will see this change. Regards, Daniel.
