  1. Agree if you use questions - should have the option of "pinning" them if you want. Nasim
  2. Thanks this looks like it is indeed fixed in Internet Explorer 11 - if you could make the select button look more "button" like that would be my other wish with SSO and IE11
  3. Funny enough that happened today in a Change I was looking at - so a check to see if the end date is before the start would help here.
  4. Hi @TSheward_SGW I agree, I use the date/time picket in our Change (start and end) and although the date bit is fine, I find time bit overly complicated (hit and miss). I would remove the seconds (unlikely this would be needed) and allow the time to typed in (not offer the number box indicated in red) - perhaps a mask of some to show the format eg Hh:Mm Regards Nasim
  5. I noticed this behaviour after applying build 919 and using the new navigation. We see it specifically in Internet Explorer (Chrome, Firefox Safari opens a new tab in the current window which I like). Regards Nasim
  6. Hi @Pamela Apart from not knowing where to tweak autoresponder, I'm just suggesting this is one area Hornbill can investigate. This would be a useful fix for us. Nasim
  7. Yes I've noticed this too - does the auto responder need to be tweak so it does capture the attachments? Regards Nasim
  8. We ask the user to confirm their telephone number via progressive capture form in the service portal - it would be nice to have this value saved and auto populated (so staff can see it but amend if it changes). Regards Nasim
  9. Good news - thanks So I know I've got the latest build what's the build version I'm looking for?
  10. Thanks for the update - we have mac's but general use Safari.
  11. Hi @Steven Boardman Generally the change start/end times are the ones the analyst would like to use - I rarely have to amend this unless a) there is a conflict with another Change b)the change overruns/delayed so needs to be amended So most times the desired times are the actual times - but sometimes need to be amended. Nasim
  12. When staff raise a change, they add a start and end time, but I have to add this again manually to the Change Schedule as I believe the current Change BPM can't add these values automatically (sorry I can't remember why). I do recall being told this was being investigated but as its been a while since my initial query, I wondered has this been fixed or is it on your radar to be corrected. This together with my other Change Process issue (where the wrong service is being selected) would be really nice to get fixed sooner rather than later. Regards Nasim
  13. Great News - I have found staff waiting for something to happen after the first click......so definitely need this to be fixed asap.
  14. Don't worry its not high on my list of priorities - but yes it would have been a global setting ( and allowing emergency changes)
  15. @James Ainsworth Just in case you missed this one - yes the below option sounds like what I want "From the title Create Change I can see that you have started raising a Change Request. You also have a Service called Change Request. Each service has the ability to define settings for the all the different available request types. We do have a planned feature that would also reduce the visible services based on the type of request being raised. For example if are using the Create Change only the services that have been configured to use change requests will be visible. However, this may leave you with a scenario where you are raising a change request and the only service is Change Request and it would still require you to make that extra selection."
  16. Seems we can only add groups to user accounts individually, it looks like we can add additional groups but the previous one is removed. It would help to allow multiple groups to be added to user accounts (works the other way around - adding multiple users to a group). Regards Nasim
  17. We have critical times that require no changes be carried out on major systems, we verbally tell the analysts there is a "change freeze", is there a way we can add this into the change schedule to alert staff to these times. It should stop them selecting these times for their changes.
  18. @James Ainsworth Thanks for the reply - my issue is staff not choosing our "Change Request" service for Changes but one of the other services, I can't reduce the service visibility as they support these too. So the quicker you bring the planned feature around "Create Change only the services that have been configured to use change requests will be visible" will be great. Potentially the same issue around Problem Request - which shows many services rather than the one I need them to pick. But luckily we don't log as many Problems as Changes. The service for Change and Problem should be fixed (or at an option to fix it) so staff don't have to pick one.
  19. Its a useful feature to have - so hopefully Hornbill will bump the priority up
  20. I can see it being on activities as useful but in our environment the popup in the request list seems to happen in a random way. So you are not hovering on an item the summary column, but the popup appears - it is actually become more of an annoyance than a aid. Not sure if there is a lag in our environment as Service Manager is a bit slow (not so on a standalone) - and this is the side effect. I would like an option to turn popups on/off. Nasim
  21. When we log a change one of the last steps is to select a service, this is proving problematic as staff are not selecting "change request". This causes the BPM to fail, is anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm was hoping we could make this value static (so Change Request is default) but this doesn't appear possible (if you can do this please let me know). See below the list our analyst see from which they can use any service.
  22. Is there any way we can remove the tickets that have been logged where the BPM failed? I don't want to cancel them one by one there are lots (as you can image staff have tried multiple times to submit tickets with attachments). I'm looking for a script to be run to remove them.
  23. Just checked and we do have 2678 now - and attachments are working.
  24. I've updated our instance to 2.38 and tried getting the Platform Build 2678 to install earlier than the default but it hasn't happened (as of 12:19). If anyone from Hornbill gets in early (before 8am) can the check we have the fixed build (2678) - please "nudge" it so it does install.
