  1. Hi, I was looking to pull together a dashboard, using several widgets, however when creating a widget with a data chart/measured sample combination, the output just shows Week numbers, rather than actual w/c dates (see attached image). Is there some configuration that needs making in order to change this, or is this set in stone? Please advise. Many thanks, Neil
  2. When looking for re-scheduled change requests I noticed a discrepancy in the time zone types. The dates stored in the 'Start Time' and 'End Time' fields are in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), but in the scheduled date shown in the Timeline of the call it appears in BST (British Summer Time) which is one hour ahead! Is this a system setup issue, a minor issue with Hornbill, or something else altogether?
  3. Our trust is placing a "change Freeze" in place over the xmas week and we need a way to block out dates in the change calendar so none are scheduled. From the 15th Dec to 1st Jan. I have had a look at previous topics and the only thing I can find is: However this was last year. and I am wondering if there has been any update? and if not if anything can be advised as a work around? Hayley.
  4. We pull dates into tasks, which works well apart from the formatting as it shows the whole zulu time (see below) even if the time wasn't asked for or submitted. Could there be an option to include just the date or date and time if other need it?
  5. Out of interest do we know when a fix will be out for the brokenyear part of the dates when running reports? Hayley.
